又係一個好忙碌嘅禮拜,經過咗好多個deadline,終於都去到星期五!難得星期五就梗係要出去食唔會帶飯啦哈哈❤️❤️所以今日就去咗呢間喺公司附近嘅餐廳試吓!呢一間位於灣仔嘅惠!係一間新開嘅omakase!食壽司去慰勞一下自己忙碌嘅一個星期真係好爽!叫咗一個set入面有20款唔同嘅刺身,魚生,壽司,仲有湯同埋甜品!絕對係一餐夠飽嘅omakase!超級大滿足!最最最令我深刻印象嘅係呢款拖羅!之前都已經好鍾意食拖羅,呢個拖羅真係食過返尋味!超級新鮮,而且油脂分泌超好!擺咗入口之後等個拖羅慢慢溶喺口腔入面!齒頰留香!真係非常新鮮口味!到而家依然極度回味嘅魚香味!

最最最令我深刻印象嘅係呢款拖羅!之前都已經好鍾意食拖羅,呢個拖羅真係食過返尋味!超級新鮮,而且油脂分泌超好!擺咗入口之後等個拖羅慢慢溶喺口腔入面!齒頰留香!真係非常新鮮口味!到而家依然極度回味嘅魚香味!

餐廳座位唔算好多,可以靜靜地同男朋友拍下拖真係好正!
廚師亦都好風趣幽默,絕對冇悶場,而且每一道菜色都解釋得好詳盡!值得一讚❤️

上網見到呢間惠食評好似唔錯,所以兩個月前已經book定位,我哋係經WhatsApp訂位,有晒record, 仲要俾埋訂金,諗住朋友生日,開開心心請佢食餐omakase, 點知去到,佢哋搵唔到我個幅枱記錄,之後搞咗一輪,竟然話係佢哋搞錯咗,但當時已經full 左,無位俾我地,態度仲要好差,仲要一啲悔意都冇,仲問我地聽日得唔得,真係勁嬲!!!之後俾返訂金我哋就算數,仲要唔賠訂,安排得非常差,態度有惡劣,以後唔會再去!

十二貫握 寿司🍣 整體質素都不錯喔,吃在嘴裡盡是滿足🥰。其中溫馨提示,野生北寄貝🐚 記得拍打完會有收縮性,要盡快食唔係就冇咁爽脆架,所以我好快食左依然保持爽脆😋。呢個Omakase Lunch🥢 份量亦算恰到好處,感覺很滿足。

今日同朋友慶祝佢升職決定食好d黎到灣仔搵食見到lunch有omakasa,就決定入去試下~lunch有2個set選擇而晚餐有3個,當中店員推介以店名’惠’名字既套餐最抵食我地選擇左lunch “壽司十二貫”套餐分別有茶碗蒸作為前菜,茶碗蒸非常好蛋香幼滑,食到停唔到口亦可以暖胃,準備接下來既壽司海老墨魚北寄貝第一次食到咁新鮮既北寄貝廚師拍打一下,會見到刺身在收縮好神奇放入口,鮮味破燈!帆立貝秋刀魚配新鮮葱蒜海膽好新鮮,完全無腥味會有creamy既口味第一次食到呢個質素既海膽好感動赤身拖羅我最愛,入口即融最後甜品有靜岡蜜瓜好鮮甜多汁呢餐omakasa非常滿足,推薦大家黎一定唔會失望!
