話說在小編開始寫食評前已光顧了不少次這間日本餐廳”榤”,因有友人介紹下才知道這間餐廳,認真的說,小編會來炮台山都暫時只為了來”榤”。這裡的氣氛很好,老闆會與客人聊天,真是生色不少,氣氛和睦又舒適,每次都喝不少酒,還會自備酒來與老闆一同嚐嚐。每次都會點Omakase,精簡的版本和豐富的版本都有點過,當然豐富版是點得最多次的了。每次都覺得非常滿足,食材新鮮又多款,每次都飽到快要喊停,但每次都捨不得錯過每個菜式,特別是套餐內的激多海膽配吞拿魚腩手卷(很邪惡,非常豐富的味道在口中瞬間爆發)和魚湯烏冬(奶白色的湯,嚐得出有層次,而烏冬煮得剛剛好,有咬口和彈牙)。有時還會另點一些小食:芝麻雞翼(做得非常出色,又香又脆,外脆內嫩)和炸咸蛋黃雞軟骨(咸香,脆口又爽口)。話說,打著這篇食評時都覺得差不多又要去會一會”榤”了,有點掛念那個味道!

Sushi Ketsu’s cooked food is also very tasty too, its appetizers, snacks or salads, and main dishes. The Cod Fish Chips with Sakura Prawn Topping is one of the appetizer I tried; the crispy cod fish chips topped with a strong favour of the sakura prawn, Japanese mayonnaise, and crab roe really enhanced my appetite.Following is the Soft Shell Crab Salad; maybe the deep fried soft shell crab is a bit greasy for me but the fresh and crunchy salad along its special dressing refreshed my stomach that I wanna move on...Next is the seasonal Fresh Squid Sashimi is a MUST try. The thinly sliced cucumber with the fresh taste, and the juice that pops out when I bite the squid, ummmm.... can’t imagine.Coming up is the House Made Japanese Siu Mai. Yup! It’s an occasionally snack that is not on the menu. The minced fish wrapped with crab paste inside, and coated with thinly sliced wonton wrapping; steamed and then deep fried, gave me the experience of the different layers of texture in my mouth.Last but not least, the House Made Wagyu Beef Gyoza (dumplings) which is not on the menu again. The slightly fried crispy dumpling with the wagyu beef melted in my mouth and the special dressing. Indelible...Lastly, the Japanese Red King Crab Tempura; however, I could only try a little bite because I was FULL. I took the tempura wrapping away and tried the meat of the red king crab. It’s fresh and sweet!Wow, Sushi Ketsu not only has nice food but also well-spoken English server who could clearly explained to me what I was eating. 今天休息,一心諗住和太太去吃日本料理,結果選擇了天后,呢個地方一向都係有很多日本菜吃的,就是沒有去過呢間,推門進去,地方尚算整齊,我喜歡坐壽司吧,店員就安排壽司吧位置給我,因為第一次黎食,所以都係單點,廣島蠔,師傅開蠔時我已經聞到好香既海水味,接著就點了幾款刺身,中Toro,油甘魚和深海池魚係我和太太一向比較鐘意食的刺身,另一款白鯛係師傅推介的,四款刺身都好新鮮,加上師傅調較的醬汁,味道很好,吃了刺身後,就吃了兩款螢光尤魚,一款係沖漬,而另一款係新鮮的,同一樣的食物,有濃味有鮮味,感覺不錯,接著就係我比較喜歡的壽司,Toro三寶,賣相唔錯,牡丹蝦壽司,師傅的制作風格我幾欣賞,牡丹蝦上面有蝦膏和蟹膏,一啖食落去,味道很濃郁,值得ENCORE,火灸三文魚腩海膽壽司,紙菜好脆,一啖咬落去,整個口腔都係海膽,,鐘意食海膽既人,我諗一定可以滿足到你,火灸左口魚邊壽司,上面的是甜蝦蓉,很有創意,入口即溶既感覺,呢件壽司我比99分,下一道菜,師傅話呢個係他們自家制的日式燒買,賣相靚,食落去很多蟹肉,還有蟹膏,呢道菜我未食過,所以我覺得很有新鮮感,最後我再吃了他們的招牌魚湯稻庭,湯唔腥,整體黎講呢個晚餐,我和太太都非常滿意,店員的服務態度也很殷勤,所以我都比左一佰蚊貼士,下次和太太再來試他們的omakase!

今日去看醫生,發現附近有不少,日本餐廳,最終選擇了這一間,在門口看了圖片,原來有不少明星,也吃過的。進店後,發現地方不大,大約可以坐三十幾人左右,服務算錯,下單後,很快上前菜等等叫了一個極上雜錦壽司定食,魚生刺生十分多,差點吃不完😊 ,很少店舖麵豉湯是熱的,所以這點本身非常高興。還有這餐廳是賬單要超過$200,才可以刷卡,我是一人前,最後當然是付現金🙈,好在有現金,否則以為我食霸王餐,哈哈,這點一定要注意⚠️
