Next is the seasonal Fresh Squid Sashimi is a MUST try. The thinly sliced cucumber with the fresh taste, and the juice that pops out when I bite the squid, ummmm.... can’t imagine.
Coming up is the House Made Japanese Siu Mai. Yup! It’s an occasionally snack that is not on the menu. The minced fish wrapped with crab paste inside, and coated with thinly sliced wonton wrapping; steamed and then deep fried, gave me the experience of the different layers of texture in my mouth.
Last but not least, the House Made Wagyu Beef Gyoza (dumplings) which is not on the menu again. The slightly fried crispy dumpling with the wagyu beef melted in my mouth and the special dressing. Indelible...
Lastly, the Japanese Red King Crab Tempura; however, I could only try a little bite because I was FULL. I took the tempura wrapping away and tried the meat of the red king crab. It’s fresh and sweet!
