話說在小編開始寫食評前已光顧了不少次這間日本餐廳”榤”,因有友人介紹下才知道這間餐廳,認真的說,小編會來炮台山都暫時只為了來”榤”。這裡的氣氛很好,老闆會與客人聊天,真是生色不少,氣氛和睦又舒適,每次都喝不少酒,還會自備酒來與老闆一同嚐嚐。每次都會點Omakase,精簡的版本和豐富的版本都有點過,當然豐富版是點得最多次的了。每次都覺得非常滿足,食材新鮮又多款,每次都飽到快要喊停,但每次都捨不得錯過每個菜式,特別是套餐內的激多海膽配吞拿魚腩手卷(很邪惡,非常豐富的味道在口中瞬間爆發)和魚湯烏冬(奶白色的湯,嚐得出有層次,而烏冬煮得剛剛好,有咬口和彈牙)。有時還會另點一些小食:芝麻雞翼(做得非常出色,又香又脆,外脆內嫩)和炸咸蛋黃雞軟骨(咸香,脆口又爽口)。話說,打著這篇食評時都覺得差不多又要去會一會”榤”了,有點掛念那個味道!

Coming up is the House Made Japanese Siu Mai. Yup! It’s an occasionally snack that is not on the menu. The minced fish wrapped with crab paste inside, and coated with thinly sliced wonton wrapping; steamed and then deep fried, gave me the experience of the different layers of texture in my mouth.

這次在天后無意中發現一家水準不錯的日本料理,環境一般,但服務親切。我發覺這家的壽司🍣師傅很用心去做每一件壽司滿足客人的需要,例如這個白子汁燒壽司,汁味加上白子的creamy,配合得好好😋。再來就是這個營光魷魚🦑刺身壽司,味道鮮甜可口 😋。

今天休息,一心諗住和太太去吃日本料理,結果選擇了天后,呢個地方一向都係有很多日本菜吃的,就是沒有去過呢間,推門進去,地方尚算整齊,我喜歡坐壽司吧,店員就安排壽司吧位置給我,因為第一次黎食,所以都係單點,廣島蠔,師傅開蠔時我已經聞到好香既海水味,接著就點了幾款刺身,中Toro,油甘魚和深海池魚係我和太太一向比較鐘意食的刺身,另一款白鯛係師傅推介的,四款刺身都好新鮮,加上師傅調較的醬汁,味道很好,吃了刺身後,就吃了兩款螢光尤魚,一款係沖漬,而另一款係新鮮的,同一樣的食物,有濃味有鮮味,感覺不錯,接著就係我比較喜歡的壽司,Toro三寶,賣相唔錯,牡丹蝦壽司,師傅的制作風格我幾欣賞,牡丹蝦上面有蝦膏和蟹膏,一啖食落去,味道很濃郁,值得ENCORE,火灸三文魚腩海膽壽司,紙菜好脆,一啖咬落去,整個口腔都係海膽,,鐘意食海膽既人,我諗一定可以滿足到你,火灸左口魚邊壽司,上面的是甜蝦蓉,很有創意,入口即溶既感覺,呢件壽司我比99分,下一道菜,師傅話呢個係他們自家制的日式燒買,賣相靚,食落去很多蟹肉,還有蟹膏,呢道菜我未食過,所以我覺得很有新鮮感,最後我再吃了他們的招牌魚湯稻庭,湯唔腥,整體黎講呢個晚

今日去看醫生,發現附近有不少,日本餐廳,最終選擇了這一間,在門口看了圖片,原來有不少明星,也吃過的。進店後,發現地方不大,大約可以坐三十幾人左右,服務算錯,下單後,很快上前菜等等叫了一個極上雜錦壽司定食,魚生刺生十分多,差點吃不完😊 ,很少店舖麵豉湯是熱的,所以這點本身非常高興。還有這餐廳是賬單要超過$200,才可以刷卡,我是一人前,最後當然是付現金🙈,好在有現金,否則以為我食霸王餐,哈哈,這點一定要注意⚠️

叫了一個極上雜錦壽司定食,魚生刺生十分多,差點吃不完😊 ,很少店舖麵豉湯是熱的,所以這點本身非常高興。還有這餐廳是賬單要超過$200,才可以刷卡,我是一人前,最後當然是付現金🙈,好在有現金,否則以為我食霸王餐,哈哈,這點一定要注意⚠️

一直都覺得好低食好好味👍🏻😋

搬到天后幾年,試過幾間日本菜,有一些真的很出色而令人回味無窮.第一次試榤,首先喝了一啖綠茶,如果不是待應生說是綠茶,我還以為是熱水,因為一點綠茶味也沒有.之後試了沙律前菜,小小的一個碗入面,竟然有三分之一碗水,完全把芝麻醬稀釋了,雖然是前菜,但也不應如此馬虎 火灸三文魚壽司,可能是燒的時間太長,三文魚已太熟 燒牛排,同樣問題,烹調時間太長,有點韌,絕對把牛排浪費了 本人應該不會再光顧榤,下次再想在天后吃日本菜,會光顧附近價錢貴一點點而美味很多的日本餐廳.

搬到天后幾年,試過幾間日本菜,有一些真的很出色而令人回味無窮.

本人應該不會再光顧榤,下次再想在天后吃日本菜,會光顧附近價錢貴一點點而美味很多的日本餐廳.

3. 等食時間幾長, 師傅一次過整幾個, 整完一齊出
4. 員工唔醒目, 好多D人叫佢做先做, EG執野

與朋友帶著期待既心情到來試榤料理, 因為7點前既關係, 所以不用訂客仍有位舒適坐位給我. 我們帶了已雪清酒, 提了幾次服務員先安排清酒樽給我們. 結果清酒喝時已不夠冰凍, 真的要扣分!  我們點了喜之次兩食 ($800) 老細推介其他魚刺身 ($2xx - 忘記名稱 ) 給我們, 先來魚刺身味道一般, 肉質不夠嫩滑,物非所值. 我們還是期待第一次嘗試喜之次兩食. 刺身師傅輕輕燒了皮, 口感細膩,肉質滑嫩,具有非常特殊的香氣! 擁有仿似纖維質般結實的白色魚肉,全身都覆蓋了厚厚的脂肪. 不錯! 7點後開始有熟客進來, 老細忙於招待熟客而忘記了我們的喜之次第二食, 鹽燒喜之次, 結果我們等了又等, 催了又催, 最後我們等了接近45分鐘失望地結賬. 這一餐有頭無尾非常失望!

Other Info. : 其實飯菜好不好吃就放在次要,主要的就是要看這間餐廳服務員的服務態度 。如果服務員的態度惡劣、沒有禮貌,忽視尊重客人既需要就算飯菜做的再好吃,也會減少顧客來光顧的次數或者乾脆不再光顧。

Being back in Sydney, I have been missing sashimi flown in from Japan so much. So coming back to Hong Kong albeit for a short time, I made sure I tucked in enough sashimi to tide me over till I return and first time at Sushi Ketsu more than fulfilled my needs.We were lucky to get a last minute booking on a Saturday night and when we walked in, all tables were full. We were lucky to get a last minute booking on a Saturday night and when we walked in, all tables were full. Seated at the counter, we got front seats watching the sushi chefs prepare numerous cuts of sashimi and shape neat handfuls of rice into sushi.

Japanese sweet corn- oh my god, this was so good! Yes it was served raw, but mother nature already did all the hard work. Crisp, sweet and juicy with none of that raw 'green' taste.

With all the fish scraps they accumulate, they stew it into the most gorgeous soup. Milky and creamy, infused with enough ginger so there was barely any fishiness, I could have had two big bowls of this

And for dessert, complimentary ice-cream, but it wasn't really photo worthy. Sesame for me and a funny tasting sweet potato flavour for him.

I am counting the days till I return to Hong Kong just so I can indulge in all this again~

今日lunch食好d!叫左呢個極上角切魚生飯套餐一開始有2道前菜,係沙律同埋韓式淹菜都係清清地,幾開胃~飯就太約等左10~15分鐘先有不過一黎到,都覺得好值!賣相好好,擺得好靚“撩”開少少睇,d飯唔算多!d魚生嘅比例超多!仲要粒粒都好鮮甜,好大粒,感覺一啲都唔孤寒仲有好多都係貴價野~池魚,吞拿,章紅好多都有最後我仲要係食晒d飯都仲未食晒d魚生再逐粒逐粒慢慢嘆,正!仲有埋一客蒸蛋,好滑,有蜆味~ 不過已經好飽啦,都食唔晒最後仲有甜品選擇,有雪糕/雪米磁~我揀左柚子雪糕~ 係日本嘅味道好滑,有粒粒柚子係入面,好fresh,唔知係街有冇得買呢~

不過一黎到,都覺得好值!
賣相好好,擺得好靚

“撩”開少少睇,d飯唔算多!d魚生嘅比例超多!
仲要粒粒都好鮮甜,好大粒,感覺一啲都唔孤寒
仲有好多都係貴價野~
池魚,吞拿,章紅好多都有
最後我仲要係食晒d飯都仲未食晒d魚生
再逐粒逐粒慢慢嘆,正!
