日本哈密瓜清甜滋潤,食飽清一清口腔。
而雪糕睇落顏色好似薄荷朱古力的青綠色,原來係開心果🤣未至於好濃郁,較重奶味,但鍾意好多開心果碎🥰(激死肥pat 先生食咗一啖覺得佢係薄朱味💩)

上網睇到youtube介紹,好似唔係好貴,就決定去試一試,我哋兩個都嗌咗$680嘅omakase set。右下角凡立背好新鮮,另外左邊嘅吞拿魚亦唔錯。汁燒茄子,感覺有少少油膩蒸蛋,䓤味几濃可能我哋經open rice訂位,訂比較遲,坐唔到counter位,所以壽司係一次過上晒六件,變咗印象唔係太深刻,不過中間嘅馬糞海膽壽司係海膽味好濃,另外最左邊嘅大拖羅油脂味足夠吞拿魚蓉小井,感覺成餐飯好似不停食吞拿魚…湯清甜,冇乜特別最後係紫薯雪糕同埋哈密瓜,我同朋友一人一份share。整體感覺係餐廳比較重視坐喺counter既客人,遲咗book枱或者遲咗嚟嘅客人,坐喺其他枱,基本上就等於食一個普通嘅set lunch。材料係新鮮,但係整體唔算太有創意,可能係因為我哋嘅set只係屬於低段價位。

原來黃埔唔係美食沙漠,今次食左一間位於黃埔天地既Omakase叫鮨竜,$680已經食到晚市Omakase😍首先出場有茶碗蒸,入面加左蕨菜同百合,口感豐富。刺身一共有四款,包括帆立貝、深海池魚、中拖羅同笛鯛,最正當然係中拖羅,入口即化,其次係笛鯛,配上肝醬可謂鮮上加鮮。日式煮花螺夠爽口,加上辣椒絲增添少少辣度。Omakase最期待嘅部份就係壽司,壽司有障泥烏賊、右口魚、赤貝、海膽、花竹蝦同吞拿魚😋。餐廳壽司食用咗赤醋飯,海膽令人印象深刻,味道creamy。花竹蝦係第一次食,肉質比起牡丹蝦同甜蝦結實,味道鮮甜。雜感魚生飯份量好足,魚生款式亦好多,另外仲加左麻油。最後仲有湯同水果,真係好滿足👍🏻

The price of this omakase is relatively affordable, we ordered the two meals on the left - omakase - fire ($980), which is really enjoyable. Jianbayu sashimi is one of the oily fish, and the entrance is refreshing. The snapper sauce is made of fish liver, Japanese egg yolk, bud and basil flowers, and it has a rich texture. The essence of Japanese haer abalone lies in the master's focus on cooking the abalone liver sauce with slow fire for three minutes✨ The jellyfish is so fresh and delicious. Nine prefecture minji chicken sticks, served with sashimi-grade Nagasaki sun eggs.

The restaurant uses lime jelly as the platter cleanser to clear the taste buds of the guests and enjoy the sushi afterwards Seven pieces of sushi: sea bass sea salt, Japanese sea urchin, live red scallop, dory, golden eye snapper, tuna belly, silver snowfish. Sea urchin is made of horse dung sea urchin, which is very sweet and smooth! The golden eye bream is full of oil, I thought it was the best, but the silver seabass was burned with fire, and the mouth burst! Oil! Really super tasty. The other meal on the left is Eel Teishoku ($488).

The eel is very plump, dense and tender. With the secret sauce, the eel melts in your mouth, but there are still some small thorns when you eat it, everyone. Be careful to eat it ~ the last red noodle soy soup is a perfect summary with the Hokkaido honeydew melon and purple potato ice cream!

今日遠赴黃埔一間omakase-鮨竜。餐廳omakase套餐一共有五款,今次我哋試咗omakase竜,價錢係$680。- 茶碗蒸入面材料幾特別包括百合同蕨菜,水生植物既草能夠提升口感 ,蒸蛋味道清甜香滑。- 刺身四款北海道帆立貝肥美鮮甜,加左青袖子汁同海鹽多左一份清新感覺。深海池魚甘香細膩,中拖羅魚油豐富,而且無筋入口即化。個人認為最特別係笛鯛,笛鯛同肝醬味道好夾,鮮味亦大大提升。另外加上芽蔥同紫蘇花作點綴。芽蔥完全無草青味,至於紫蘇花味道比較強烈,兩者形成強烈對比。- 日式煮花螺花螺爽口彈牙,面頭有辣椒絲,同花螺一齊食更有風味。壽司一共有六款,包括障泥烏賊、右口魚、赤貝、海膽、花竹蝦同吞拿魚。- 障泥烏賊口感幾彈牙,而且有啲黏口,海苔能夠增加香味。- 鮫鰈魚 而家正正係右口魚當季,而鮫鰈魚係右口魚其中一種。魚油豐富,不過味道幾淡,魚上面嘅拖羅蓉味道比較濃烈。- 赤貝赤貝入口爽甜,肉身都幾厚😋- 海膽見到壽司上面咁多海膽實在太幸福!海膽呈鮮橙色,香甜濃郁,食落非常creamy😍- 花竹蝦肉質結實,味道都算鮮甜。我見師傅將壽司擺得咁出,以為佢放錯位,一問之下先知原來為咗賣相靚啲🤣- 吞拿
