之前一路都好想去試香港嘅壽司郎,但係每次見到門口嗰條長龍要排幾個鐘冇心機排,好彩而家個Apps可以響網上訂位,於是去試吓旺角呢一間壽司郎。由於book咗位所以去到等一陣就已經可以安排入座,安排左卡位兩個人坐得好舒服,佢哋係用屏幕點餐,運輸帶上面都會有一啲其他壽司供應,而家做緊螃蟹祭有好多唔同嘅蟹壽司選擇,價錢有平有貴,大部份都係29或者$39 一碟。我哋叫咗松葉蟹腳壽司,蟹肉蒸蛋,北寄貝、魷魚、鮟肝壽司、貝類三味,炸番薯條等等,最後再叫咗必食嘅野莓芭菲作總結,一共食咗27碟壽司大約食咗四百幾蚊,暫時冇得去日本,唯有響香港壽司郎頂住癮先啦!

一月份嘅期間限定係「とろ祭り」拖羅盛宴,有唔同食材嘅拖羅食。 今次揀左去旺角店,旺角即係旺角,完全係爆炸地多人,下次都係去返另外果啲店。其實拖羅就唔係剩係吞拿魚嘅~ 不過第一件事都係食左 厚切天然藍鰭大呑拿魚腩 同埋 極上厚切長鰭大呑拿魚腩 先~ lol 以佢呢個價其實真係無投訴,特別係藍鰭 真係抵食。 大盛天然黑鮪蔥花吞拿魚海苔包, 我一向都麻麻地佢地嘅海苔包,但係呢個算係幾好。大切日本產油甘魚腩,呢個都好食,好肉地油感都夠。梳乎里海鰻,呢個就有點兒太油,啲油多到滴落隻碟度。炸水牛芝士, 一貫壽司郎炸物嘅有水準,但係好少細份左啲明太子忌廉烏冬,有驚喜。 濃厚湯底,微辣紫蘇香熱辣辣食得過癮~今個月 MVP 反而係 焙茶和風芭菲,佢地甜品一向出色都係,呢個真係令人更加掛住日本。

其實拖羅就唔係剩係吞拿魚嘅~ 不過第一件事都係食左 厚切天然藍鰭大呑拿魚腩 同埋 極上厚切長鰭大呑拿魚腩 先~ lol 以佢呢個價其實真係無投訴,特別係藍鰭 真係抵食。

今日都係要排隊攞飛,第一次到旺角店食壽司郎。之前都在屯門分店食,唔知道係分店嘅問題、餐廳問題定係壽司師傅問題,食完這間旺角店沒有滿足感,質素大不如前,魚肉好薄,厚薄不一,壽司飯特別少,令到口感欠佳,不特別好吃 ,整體都要有所改善。

平安夜唔想出街同人迫,所以今晚選擇外賣壽司返屋企撐枱腳我哋點左個豪華盛盒有25件壽司,當中仲要有大拖羅、雪花和牛、原條海鰻,再送兩罐百事,$349 好抵食約咗7:00取,但外賣訂單太多,準時到達仍要等多15分鐘,當時已經人山人海,等候嘅地方好細,而且等堂食同等外賣嘅人都好多,等候區旁邊就係洗手間,但洗手間傳來嘅臭味真係好得人驚🤢,唯有企去門口位置等候終於攞到手,唔使10分鐘返到屋企,一打開首先聞到陣腥味再睇下D壽司,第一眼見到兩塊雪花和牛,顏色灰灰暗暗,聞一聞冇怪味就即管試吓,牛肉幾濃,估唔到幾好食大拖羅顏色都唔太精神其他壽司冇乜特別最後食原條海鰻,原來佢就係腥味嘅來源肉已經霉,咬一啖已經放棄

身邊有好幾個朋友讚壽司郎嘅壽司好新鮮,而且價錢親民,見好多朋友仔都話排隊排兩個鐘都要排隊食。難得閒日有假期,一如同好朋友來刷餐勁。大約11:30左右就黎到,直入唔洗排隊,正呀。入到餐廳門外,感覺很光鮮。我地坐左個卡位,座位寬敞舒適。侍應很有禮貌解釋落單程序之後,我地急不及待點了幾款壽司,壽司光澤很好,魚油分布均勻,咬口很有質感,鮮味很出,無雪藏味道,口感非常新鮮,就連包壽司既紫菜都係脆既。整體黎講都很滿意。

不久之前先食過壽司郎,忍唔住今日又食,不過可能係早上時段,人流唔算多唔洗等好耐就入得去食。今日又食左三文魚壽司,劍魚腩壽司等等,都正常發揮好好味。而今次試左新野,甜蝦壽司,帶子壽司。甜蝦壽司就一般啦,得2條幼meimei既甜蝦,食唔出咩味,反而帶子壽司就好好味,充滿鮮甜既海洋帶子味。仲有叫左個豬肉烏冬填填肚,正常發揮,肉量足料夠飽。最後緊係要個甜品啦,巴斯克蛋糕超好食,一入口勁香濃芝士味,芝士控既你絕對要叫黎食。
