「花園餐廳」這個名字好熟悉,但是我卻沒有去過!今次終於有機會一試了,幸好當天晚上人不多!被安排坐到卡位,感覺舒服。栗米焗龍脷柳意粉 HKD 73.00這個意粉份量幾大,龍脷柳也很大塊!但是個粟米汁好甜,個人不太喜歡又甜又鹹的主食。龍脷柳的魚肉質地都算滑,不會死霉。另外意粉的軟硬度都ok。牛扒餐比想像中好味!牛扒很厚切,而且好香濃的牛肉香,肉質好嫩好多汁!真的不錯!因為是套餐,所以有湯及餐飽及飲品!湯是白湯,好濃,有料,不錯!另外餐飽幾好味!好軟,又帶少少微暖。另外的兩杯凍飲,也不過不失。兩個人,埋單,都要二百多,在銅鑼灣食飯,都是這個數了。

這個意粉份量幾大,龍脷柳也很大塊!
但是個粟米汁好甜,個人不太喜歡又甜又鹹的主食。

湯是白湯,好濃,有料,不錯!
另外餐飽幾好味!好軟,又帶少少微暖。

另外的兩杯凍飲,也不過不失。

兩個人,埋單,都要二百多,在銅鑼灣食飯,都是這個數了。

花園餐廳真是帶我進入"据扒"的一面里程碑。從前還是中學雞,經濟能力不強的時候,又想"据扒",就會來花園餐廳平平地"据"下扒。今晚,我與認識了12 年的中學同學,到此相聚,實在有一番概嘆。味道雖然比不上其他西餐廳。可是,這樣的價錢,那樣的回憶,我們的本地扒房,卻不是普通的外國西餐廳能否取代。時間,不再。可是,味道,依舊。回憶,歷久彌新。

係銅鑼灣行到夜媽媽,次次諗唔到食咩都會行左去花園食排,其實係貪方便,同埋呢間始終係咁多間花園相對好質素架喇,其他分店有啲真係好伏!石斑併帶子$96:鋸扒好多人都中意食牛,不過我就反而唔太好牛,今次我就叫左石斑拼帶子,因為我中意佢炸完先上,而且食過咁多次每次食都咁厚肉,石斑本身都貴,但佢一共5-6條,每件都長過隻手掌架,堆到成座山咁高,加埋蒜容汁無得挑剔,最開心每次個底有十幾條薯條(我仲會食埋隔離果啲薯條XD)不過帶子就反而失色了,同樣都係炸過既,一共四隻但真係太太太細隻喇,大概一個五蚊銀咁大,雖然都爽口但無expect佢細成咁鐵板羊排$108呢個係朋友叫既,睇落幾靚仔,食落真係中伏,一共三件但真係好多肥膏,個朋友切哂啲肥膏出黎,結果都唔知佢食左啲咩,佢係咁講笑話呢件係咪五花腩一定無下次喎!

鋸扒好多人都中意食牛,不過我就反而唔太好牛,今次我就叫左石斑拼帶子,因為我中意佢炸完先上,而且食過咁多次每次食都咁厚肉,石斑本身都貴,但佢一共5-6條,每件都長過隻手掌架,堆到成座山咁高,加埋蒜容汁無得挑剔,最開心每次個底有十幾條薯條(我仲會食埋隔離果啲薯條XD)

近年連鎖鋸扒既餐廳質素越黎越差,去得最多既花園餐廳個雜扒真係細左1/3有多,所以如果想鋸 扒建議lunch或者tea黎,六十幾蚊有個,同晚市百幾蚊比較當然平一截,當然份量就少一半啦,但如果想過下口癮都唔錯的!西冷牛排$65:我平時少食牛,見難得鋸排就食下牛啦,叫左8成熟,總共得一塊,都有2/3個鐵板咁大,但厚肉都就唔算喇,所以份量黎講就係算少,好彩薯條都有十條八條算唔錯。蒜蓉汁一如以往惹味,牛熟得黎唔會有任何韌既感覺,應該拿得幾鬆,而且唔會話有好多肥膏,整體黎講幾滿意,但真心食完唔會飽~粟米汁煎龍脷柳$56呢個係特餐黎,每日都唔同,如果叫鐵板煎石斑就$65,所以想食魚既話又唔洗鐵板其實叫呢個仲抵食架,魚柳好大塊而且厚肉,煎得香脆又唔會話好多油,佢個粟米汁其實正確啲講係白汁加左粟米粒粟米應該係罐頭粟米無咩特別,呢個配白飯所以仲飽肚啲添!

呢個係特餐黎,每日都唔同,如果叫鐵板煎石斑就$65,所以想食魚既話又唔洗鐵板其實叫呢個仲抵食架,魚柳好大塊而且厚肉,煎得香脆又唔會話好多油,佢個粟米汁其實正確啲講係白汁加左粟米粒

花園餐廳@#foodki銅鑼灣黑椒牛柳鐵板(2/10)($108)foodki當日其實想食outback,但因為等位太耐就去食花園算,點知就中伏。花園餐廳已經係一間港式超連鎖既牛扒餐廳。每次去食花園,foodki一定食牛柳,但可惜既係,今次foodki食,真係好難食,叫得牛柳唔會追求有西冷肉眼既肉味,而係追求肉感,可惜今次乜都無。又韌又難食,黑椒汁淡而無味,真係好差,我去大家樂jarjar聲唔好?

以前細細個鋸扒,見到淋汁嗰吓,真係好開心!到而加年紀大帶番阿仔一齊嚟呢到回味一番。今時今日,其實好多餐廳同連鎖快餐店都有鐵版牛扒食,但風味同氣氛都係呢到最濃蘿宋湯好香濃好足料,但都有少少西芹味忌廉湯(冇影相)阿仔話都好飲,但太多西芹味*阿仔同我一樣都係唔食濃味嘅菜*Angus 牛扒 五成熟真係煮到啱啱好,肉質好淋仲要好有肉味。黑椒汁個味香得嚟唔太辣,小朋友都食到鐵板扒海鮮龍利柳魚味好重但肉質少少嚡口蝦好大隻但肉質唔係太彈牙帶子都算大粒,肉質好滑同彈牙魷魚好好味青口就一般配菜粗身薯條,好有口感超有懷舊味“正”小棠菜唔知點解有芥辣味,唔係咁多人可以接受到柑桔蜜梳打酸酸甜甜兩啖飲晒朱古力碎冰樂阿仔話似朱古力咖啡

呢次又差唔多九點幾先去老銅食飯,結果去食金百利4樓嘅花園餐廳。講起上嚟真係幾年冇食過喇。最正路嘅話一定係鋸扒嘅,我朋友就係食鐵板西冷牛扒啦!不過鋸扒之前嘅餐湯同餐包都好緊要架,我今次飲羅宋湯,我覺得好真材實料呀,我第一次見紅湯有咁多牛肉架。正式鋸扒喇,其實淋汁永遠都係鐵板餐最興奮嘅一刻。我試咗少少塊牛扒,真心覺得好食,牛扒好厚身,又大大塊,食落軟腍腍唔會韌,又無渣唔黐牙,又有好香肉味。望落係有血嘅,我估應該五成熟啦。我自己就食呢個鐵板海鮮餐,有帶子、魷魚、青口,重有一塊石斑魚,大約有半塊鐵板咁大塊啦。樣樣海鮮都好好食,帶子好爽口!不過石斑魚就薄薄地啦,但係係好食嘅。果然花園係唔會令人失望嘅!

我試咗少少塊牛扒,真心覺得好食,牛扒好厚身,又大大塊,食落軟腍腍唔會韌,又無渣唔黐牙,又有好香肉味。望落係有血嘅,我估應該五成熟啦。

我自己就食呢個鐵板海鮮餐,有帶子、魷魚、青口,重有一塊石斑魚,大約有半塊鐵板咁大塊啦。樣樣海鮮都好好食,帶子好爽口!不過石斑魚就薄薄地啦,但係係好食嘅。

與baka逛了整天街,他提議在銅鑼灣區的花園餐廳吃晚餐,說很懷念和想吃那裡的扒餐。自從去年吃完鐵板餐後敏感了整個星期後,我一直都很抗拒,但既然baka大人這麼想吃,便順一順他意吧! 想不到花園餐廳的晚市相當熱鬧,我們在門外大概排了15分鐘。我們被安排到二人座位,地方非常擠迫,不得不佩服店員們能拿著幾塊鐵板在食店裡穿梭。選好套餐後店員迅速送上餐包,很久沒吃過這種港式西餐的餐包,表面稍脆帶微溫,塗上牛油,味道當然不錯。之後還送上餐湯,一紅一白,我的白湯味道合格。基於對鐵板的恐懼,我選了是日特選:蕃茄焗豬扒意粉。賣相有點求其,不過味道有驚喜,原以為港式餐廳出品的意粉一定會太軟腍,幸好蕃茄汁滲透在每條意粉間,配上穩陣的焗意粉類,整體意外地不錯。而baka則點了雜扒鐵板餐。可能當天客人較多,所以普遍上菜速度較慢,約了20-25分鐘。雜扒集合了不同的扒類,包括煙肉、雞扒、牛扒等,最底有薯條等。店員先送上鐵板再問需要什麼汁,baka選了黑椒汁,店員淋上汁醬時與鐵板接觸發出滋滋聲,非常港式風味。還叫了兩杯凍好立克,如果要轉好立克和柯華田等需另加$5,不過好立克太多冰,味道非常淡,像好立克冰水多些。整
