個人覺得柴灣其實都算係一個美食沙漠好多時就算係連鎖店,都係冇其他地方嘅咁好食。不過柴灣呢間泗興,真係一間隱世私房菜係我難得一間食極都唔厭嘅舖頭其實今日食咗好幾樣嘢不過太好食,唔係碟碟都記得影相記得影嘅就係巨型蝦多士椒鹽大鮑魚仲有蟹膏蒸水蛋豆腐巨型到,又好食,又好打卡🤭其實佢仲有其他特別嘅嘢食例如煲仔炒飯、豉油王炒麵都好好食瑤柱蛋白炒飯都係好夠鑊氣最緊要唔重味精平時食呢啲食物都好怕會有味精,呢度食完一啲唔會口渴所以我都推薦俾屋企人食🤣遠啲都推介因為值得坐車都要去食

其實佢仲有其他特別嘅嘢食
例如煲仔炒飯、豉油王炒麵都好好食
瑤柱蛋白炒飯都係
好夠鑊氣

最緊要唔重味精
平時食呢啲食物都好怕會有味精,呢度食完一啲唔會口渴

所以我都推薦俾屋企人食🤣遠啲都推介

自從唔係學生哥,十幾廿個朋友一齊食飯嘅機會真係少之有少,難得聚首一堂,當然要搵啲難得一試嘅美食!呢間泗興食堂嘅私房手功菜式真係令人一試難忘!

♦️鴛鴦鳳皮甲
集合雞皮,蝦滑,海蜇沙律,聽落幾樣嘢好似唔夾咁,但拼埋一齊好似乳豬咁上碟真係令人嘩嘩聲!無論味道同震撼度都出色。

♦️蝦多士
蝦多士就算係普通版都唔簡單,呢個仲要唔係普通版!每一舊我諗入面有成十幾隻蝦嘅精華,成碟我諗有過百隻蝦,明顯係心機菜而且勁好味!

♦️賽螃蟹冬瓜盅
滑滑嘅蛋密舖在蒸到晶瑩剔透嘅冬瓜上面,引來強勁嘅化學作用,又係嘩嘩聲嘅傑作!

♦️蟹膏蒸肉餅
點估到蟹膏蒸肉餅真係擺埋兩隻大花蟹喺上面一齊蒸,成碟都充滿住爆發性嘅蟹味,真心令人回味!

The boss was so nice and they (boss's wife and boss) would introduce the food to us.As we were just two people, I ordered a clay pot rice (沙窩嘢味炒飯) and a fried celery with garlic. The rice was extremely hot and many spring onions were on top of rice. After stirring it , we started our dinner and found out the rice was so good. The size was big the taste was not so salty nor oily. Quite fit to me. And be frank , we could not finish them at the end, because of the size was super big.

The experience we had here was value to money. The price was reasonable and it is better to eat here rather than the chain restaurant nearby (they charge u same and give shit)
