星期日係family day,好耐冇同屋企人一齊飲茶啦,係樓下屋村間茶樓真係唔太好食,所以我地行遠少少去左東港城中價位既潮人飯堂,星期日好多人,我負責等位,屋企人就去行陣街先,等左差唔多30分鐘,我地四個人,點左好多唔同點心,價錢係比一般茶樓貴d,但最緊要食物質素ok.佢個茶壼都幾特別,蠟燭加滾水,另加一個茶壺,等d水唔會凍,要講一講係個蝦蛟同香煎韮菜角.個蝦蛟非常好味,蝦甜夠彈牙,皮薄而個韮菜角煎得非常香口,仲好脆,值得推介!最唔滿意係個蛋撻凍冰冰唔好味.

是日入座率大概5成,惟侍應全日無事忙,除上菜外一律要三催四請先會招呼,仲要屢次漏單,好難想像爆滿時如何運作。

本人十分支持復興傳統家鄉菜色,以保存文化傳承,所以希望潮人飯堂可以洗心革面,重拾基本功,讓客人了解何謂傳統風味,得見懷舊菜的真貌。

和朋友心血來潮想飲啖茶食下飽,便順道試試,當然亦被店名吸引,裝修設計亦有別普遍的酒樓茶市,食店仍沿用一貫酒樓風格點心紙供客人選擇,有些點心可以三拼鳳爪牛肉加排骨 ,棉花雞亦大大碟,其他點心亦用了較為特別的賣相,但味道其實和其他酒樓差不多,只是落了點花巧門面賣相,食物尚可,略微油膩,如果想嘆茶又不想晨早去排隊,亦可一試,但個人認為真心想嘆茶還是去正宗酒樓才有風味

我對中式點心真的很有情意結,很喜歡飲茶,不論早晚。這次是位於坑口東港城的潮人飯堂。其實也是吃了二至三次了。價格算是中等吧!它的墊枱紙很特別,寫了某幾款點心的製作過程。"加水"是自己動手的。我最愛杭菊餐牌也有新式"打冷"菜。1. 碗仔翅 - 不好吃,很淡。2. 蝦餃 - 這裡的蝦餃有五隻的,當然價錢會比普遍的貴少少。但它的質素也可以,皮不會過厚,蝦也夠彈牙。3. 鮮蝦沙律卷 - 還好,粉漿不會過厚。也夠香脆。4. 鹹水角 - 餡料很小喔5. 潮州蠔仔粥 - 很好吃,蠔仔完全沒有腥味,也不會有過多的味精。6. 龍蝦炒蜆配稻庭烏冬 - 很有驚喜!沒有芝士龍蝦伊麵"膩"的感覺,換上稻庭烏冬很煙韌,蜆鮮甜無沙,而龍蝦也煮得剛剛好,非常清新!

吃了兩道河鮮,也想吃點青菜,這道靈芝菇炒菜苗價錢不算便宜,$78吃一道青菜似乎不划算,可是上菜後不消十分鐘便被一掃光,我們4人筷子不停地晃動,生怕稍慢一點便不能匹敵。靈芝菇比想像中大片和厚,口感有點像鮑魚片,而菜心苗也十分嫩綠,完全吃不度一丁點纖維,淋上了飽魚汁後的嫩綠菜心及菇扒均變得十分入味和送飯。

沒有鮑蔘翅肚,卻是令人滿意和飽足的一餐。

逢星期六日, 兩老的腦海就只有「飲茶飲茶飲茶」, 天啊, 是時候轉一轉新意思...........不如飲個「潮人潮茶」啦! 今次特意到東港城一訪。水滾茶靚! 飲茶當然是「茶」不可缺, 這裡的格調不同一般茶樓, 有一透明玻璃茶壺及一直徐徐冒著少許熱煙的鐵壺, 鐵壺盛載的是仍保著溫度的熱水供沖茶用, 下方是一小小燃燒著的圓形小蠟燭。三式點一次過滿足你三個口味, 有鳳爪﹑ 牛肉球和排骨, 味道不錯﹐ 略嫌鳳爪的質感有點乾身。不太喜歡濕潤的珍珠雞, 可以試試用蛋煎得香口的珍珠雞, 綿滑蛋包裹著粒粒米飯, 值得一試。又是我最愛的芒果鮮奶卷。以脆身粉漿炸起一條條凍好的芒果牛奶條, 外熱內冷, 不錯的甜品美食。後話: 走之前見到了M Club小詩的奶奶果然真人與上鏡一樣。

唔知係我唔好彩, 定係飯堂本身的問題, 兩次飲茶既經歷都係一肚氣咁離開.第一次大約係三月尾, 星期五, 係公眾假期, 我同老公二人大約十時到達, 唔駛等位. 咁佢枱上有幾張紙, 正常地我係睇有圖畫果張, 仲點了有圖的xo醬炒腸粉, 我都再三地睇清楚張紙係咪公眾假期都有供應, 右上角的確係寫星期六, 日及假期 上午9:00-下午6:00. 另外再叫了其他點心. 坐到差不多10:30, 其他點心都嚟晒, 但xo醬炒腸粉仲未嚟, 我便追了一次, 第一個侍應並沒說什麼. 再等到10:45, 都未到, 就再搵侍應跟進, 怎知個待應一望張點菜紙就好惡咁一句, "痴線, 未有架! 廚師都未返, 11:00先有." 我呆咗.....佢仲攞咗另一張點心紙話呢個11:00先有. 問題一, 我點菜既時候, 係無人同我講過11:00先有. 我10:00入座, 佢哋應該唔會覺得我會想等呢碟嘢等一個鐘, 點可以唔同客人講聲呢樣點心要11:00先有?問題二, 好明顯兩張點心紙既資料唔一致, 引至問題, 但啲待應都唔留意到, 引起呢啲誤會問題三, 第一個幫我跟進既待應好明顯係無理過我, 所以無說出原因, 而第二個侍

唔知係我唔好彩, 定係飯堂本身的問題, 兩次飲茶既經歷都係一肚氣咁離開.

第一次大約係三月尾, 星期五, 係公眾假期, 我同老公二人大約十時到達, 唔駛等位. 咁佢枱上有幾張紙, 正常地我係睇有圖畫果張, 仲點了有圖的xo醬炒腸粉, 我都再三地睇清楚張紙係咪公眾假期都有供應, 右上角的確係寫星期六, 日及假期 上午9:00-下午6:00. 另外再叫了其他點心. 坐到差不多10:30, 其他點心都嚟晒, 但xo醬炒腸粉仲未嚟, 我便追了一次, 第一個侍應並沒說什麼. 再等到10:45, 都未到, 就再搵侍應跟進, 怎知個待應一望張點菜紙就好惡咁一句, "痴線, 未有架! 廚師都未返, 11:00先有." 我呆咗.....佢仲攞咗另一張點心紙話呢個11:00先有.
問題一, 我點菜既時候, 係無人同我講過11:00先有. 我10:00入座, 佢哋應該唔會覺得我會想等呢碟嘢等一個鐘, 點可以唔同客人講聲呢樣點心要11:00先有?
問題二, 好明顯兩張點心紙既資料唔一致, 引至問題, 但啲待應都唔留意到, 引起呢啲誤會
問題三, 第一個幫我跟進既待應好明顯係無理過我, 所以無說出原因, 而第二個侍應既態度真係奇差, 有乜理有鬧個客"痴線", 即使唔係鬧個客, 都唔應該有咁既反應. 我果刻真係覺得好難受囉.

到今日4月7日, 又再同老公去飲茶, 老實說, 佢既食物真係唔差, 我尤其欣賞佢有一籠點心係一籠有三款"牛肉一粒, 鳳爪兩隻, 同排骨", 等我哋呢啲兩公婆撐枱腳既, 可以食到三款點心, 又唔會要叫三籠. 另外有一款係三個不同的包點. 因為咁, 所以先會再幫襯. 怎知...又係受到不禮貌既待遇.

第一, 傳送侍應攞住個圓托盤, 完全無理過客人既位置就塞入來, 那圓托盤就好似"血滴子"咁一下就介到客人的頸, 甚至我覺得她似乎想將托盤放在客人的膊頭上.
第二, 侍應係會在客人後面大聲呼叫. 這個, 我可以接受到在舊式屋村酒樓出現, 但潮人飯堂給人的感覺是高級一點, 可是侍應卻是一班沒有受過訓練的.
第三, 因為潮人飯堂標榜的是潮, 所以點心都是頗為另類的, 有時候單憑名字未必可以知道是什麼食物, 於是我都會看一看英文, 了解多些. 今日叫了一個叫"千絲鵝肝卷", 英文的確是有鵝肝呢個字, 亦有芋頭. 後來點心來到, 咬第一口...怎麼會是海鮮卷? 即是入面係有蝦, 青瓜, 桃/芒果, 同白色果啲沙律醬/海鮮醬, 當然都有鵝肝, 一細細粒. 我叫了個侍應來問這是什麼, 第一個話係千絲鵝肝卷, 後來我再叫另一個看似高級啲既, 都說係鵝肝卷, 話"係咁架, 入面有少少鵝肝醬, 有啲芋蓉咁囉". 我話點解會係海鮮醬, 佢話"係咁架啦!" 即係好似我唔識嘢咁, 鵝肝係應該配沙律醬的. 我覺得, 佢入面係咩醬都無緊要, 雖然我覺得鵝肝加海鮮醬真係好鬼異, 但佢既然叫得潮人, 我算. 但我想講係, 潮還潮, 有啲食物佢真係要列明裡面有咩物質, 蝦, 同海鮮醬(有奶的成份)都係屬於易令人敏感的食物, 萬一客人真係對蝦有敏感, 真係可大可小.

呢兩次飲茶既經歷, 真係飲到我心驚胆跳, 係咁比人用好差既態度回應我, 甚至比人鬧, 兼有種比人質疑我唔識字咁. 食物味道點好, 都真係令我卻步, 唔想再去了.

Usually they coat prawns in salted egg yolk but here they have used aubergines and pumpkins.
In terms of cholestral it is not as high as the prawn version because vegetables are used instead of prawns but it was very oily and greasy from the frying.
The aubergines and pumpkins had shrunk inside when it was fried, so it was mainly batter and some slight powdery egg yolk.
Overall I did not like it because it was just eating fried oily batter with some powdery egg yolk.

Surprisingly this was quite nice, it was not very Chinese which was good, it had sliced almonds on the top and strong cinnamon in the cake mixture.

I felt that the deep fried perilla leaves were not real perilla leaves because it gave my tongue a weird sensation.
I suspect that they were stinging nettles because when they are raw, they look the same.

Crispy tofu rolled sheets:
These were complimentary with the fish, in Chinese they are called “hengling” which means some sort of bell.
I did not hear any noises except that it makes a crunch when you bite into it, however when you dip it in the broth, it becomes soft and elastic.

如果說這個煎菜角是「煎」而不是「炸」的話,打死我也不會相信,菜角外層既乾且硬,幸好內裡的韭菜餡濃厚鮮味,挽回了不少分數;鴛鴦腸粉分別是蝦腸和叉燒腸,腸粉入口不熱亦不滑,一吃便知不是即拉的,所以其食味勉強可接受,餡料亦無甚特別;
