其實我唔係好鍾意飲魚湯因為我覺得好腥,但呢個只係得鮮味👻,係忍唔住想一飲再飲。因為佢用咗好多條魚去熬,熬到個湯底呈現奶白色,趁熱飲不得了。

- 我哋叫咗一個薄燒一個厚燒😋 首先嚟咗個薄燒先,薄燒和牛中間包着牛蒡,好爽脆亦唔太膩。比起平時夾住蔥蒜出色得多。另外盤上面有蒜片、海鹽、𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶,可以按個人口味調味。師傅極力推介我哋試完個原味就加少少𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶🤣 口感會清新好多🥰 我平時唔食𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶都有加到,真係幾夾💯
- 平時食鐵板燒都係食厚燒和牛多,今次依個都冇令我失望🤩 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲至𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲,燒得好𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁🥰🥰 油脂感唔重,係我鍾意嘅嘢😊 同樣都係加少少𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶/海鹽佢調味已經好足夠。

🍣小肌 - 乾身,魚味鮮甜,肉質細膩!帶微酸,好正!
🍣赤身 - 背部位置只有極少脂肪,肉質厚實,魚味好香濃,師傅用少少蔥,辟走魚腥。
🍣宮城縣超拖羅- 我對拖羅又愛又恨,太油我又唔鍾意。呢件無筋無渣好軟綿,有魚味但又唔係肥豬油口感。
🍣穴子 - 灑上少少柚子皮,魚肉好軟,入口即化。
🍣鮟鱇魚肝 - 口感細滑,貓貓中空餅好 📷打咭-able! 📷 將壽司放上中空餅一齊食,creamy又唔腥!

好濃嘅蛋味,師傅話佢地用海鮮熬高湯再整個玉子燒,唔怪得咁有鮮甜味啦。


💫宇治金時布甸
呢個超好食!上層係抹茶同紅豆,下層係好滑奶味嘅布甸。夾埋一齊唔太甜,抹茶、紅豆同牛奶布甸好夾,一啲都唔會俾任何一樣搶咗個味!


中環嚟講,呢個價錢都好合理,服務質素好好,添茶速度快。師傅都好專業介紹各款魚嘅產地、特色同製作方法等。題外話,我想大讚餐廳嘅🚾非常乾淨,仲備有獨立包裝漱口水,女性用品等,非常貼心。


餐廳主打燒肉,我朋友都叫咗牛肉鐵板燒,好好味,有機會再分享!
