因為怕膩我地今次並無order和牛,只係點左U.S. Beef, 以呢個價錢牛肉既質素合理,反而師傅係牛肉薄燒裡面加入牛蒡,令到薄燒係食既時候有多一層口感,幾有心思,如果食嘅係和牛,表面係入口即溶嘅油脂,裡面係有咬口既牛蒡,相信感覺會更加好👍🏻

閒日和朋友中午經過中環蘭桂坊,看見昔日嘅繁盛變得今日如此冷清人煙稀薄,真係令到我感到有點像去錯地方和感慨,先別說這個,先搵個好地方食個午餐,經討論後想起友人曾推介T8 這間日食restaurant。就去食個lunch!按電梯5字,Lift門一開就聽到一個親切的招呼,不過還是掃個安全出行先講。入到招呼十分好,可能當日生意比較靜只得3,4枱客人🤷🏻‍♂️十分像包了場🫣我還怕選錯地方食飯,長話短說,揀左鐵板餐,食物服務質素很好,午餐選擇有4款set。整體都好好,不過價錢略貴,所以比貴小小可以在一個清靜嘅環境下和友人高談闊論也很開心,其實這餐午餐也相當值得。貴就成為當然,但它用了較好材料,明白嘅。亦無可厚非。假如可以有輕食2-3佰蚊個set lunch,我也會經常去食,這樣也會比較吸引到附近工作上班一族(我)去🤓光顧👍🏼

咁我朋友就話其實如果你哋知道我已經冇咗煩嘅話唔係應該打個電話同我哋講聲等我哋唔使特登上嚟,佢就話佢哋冇提供呢個服務,同埋佢哋都唔知啲飯咁快用晒

後尾因為有兩個朋友肯轉鐵板燒,佢哋話即刻煲嗰啲飯比我地可唔可以,咁其實就即係有解決嘅方法,唔明仲要喺度死撐啲乜嘢啊,而且因為嗰日係紅日我哋亦都唔想再浪費時間諗去邊度食飯所以焗住左喺嗰度

雖然鐵板燒嘅師傅全程希望緩解氣氛大我諗個幫助就實在唔係太大囉!!!成件事完全有更好嘅處理方法我唔明點解一開始就一定要死雞撐飯蓋將個責任推落客人嗰度先,成件事既處理都非常差!!!!

這一刻主角北海道鱈場蟹終於出場了,足足五斤多分重的北海道雪場蟹非常生猛,用來代替套餐中的香煎龍蝦,也只不過每位加上$300非常划算。

待我們影相過後師傅三兩下手勢便將雪場蟹解體,嬌艷色澤加梳梳的雪白蟹肉真惹人垂涎。

焦香的春卷內包裹著香蕉及草莓餡,吃時配上一球香氣十足的豆腐雪糕,冷與熱情之間又是引人犯罪之物。

餐廳環境氣氛不錯,人不算多。午餐有鐵板燒也有壽司,選了牛鐵板燒,一個M8和牛, 一個A4和牛。前菜沙律及茶碗蒸普普通通鐵板蝦不錯,肉質爽,個汁十分特別,跟蝦的味道很夾主菜兩款牛都不錯,A4的質素明顯比較好,牛的味道比M8濃,但M8也不算太差,燒的生熟程度剛好,配料及醬汁也有3-4款。炒飯及炒雜菜一般,不是很出色。甜品有點驚喜,綠茶奶凍,非常香滑,想再吃多份!在中環來說,價錢也尚可以接受。服務質素也很好。

Each set include salad and steamed egg custard as appetizer, main and dessert. Overall, the sushi course is good served in order. A restaurant like T8, they marketed themselves with the price range equivalent to Mandarin Grill should provide service up to the high-end restaurant standard.

To be fair, food there is good, the chef is good too. The only problem is their service.

Here, I have a question to their management team. When there was no explanation or recommendation before taking the order, what would you expect your customers to do?

The lack of initiative is a problem, meanwhile, the style of presenting the dish is horrible. Dishes came in different directions. And, please remember that lady always serve first. This is the art of details in the luxury world.

Anyway, what a waste to this restaurant.

If you are reading my comment right now. My recommendation to you is pay no more than the HSBC menu.
