粉嶺聯和墟除咗酒樓外，如果想食有鑊氣的小炒餸菜，已經越來越少了，不過位於區內的街市熟食店，偶然也會找到少少小驚喜。雖然街市熟食店環境衛生不是太好，又嘈吵，但勝在有街坊的感覺。之前試過他們的招牌菜黑椒脆皮豬手，味道不錯，但食物質素穩定性不夠，所以今次點了羊腩煲來試一試，這款羊腩煲附送一碟生菜，個煲不算細，羊腩份量可以，煲內有基本食材如鮮腐竹、馬蹄、蘿蔔片..，至於個湯底汁略為淡了少少，這店還有其他的招牌菜，如果想自携海鮮上去亦可，店鋪會收取海鮮加工費用，如果有機會的話亦會再光顧。 continue reading
