To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見外賣app有折扣粗粗地買個咸蛋肉餅飯,諗住大路野唔會中伏差極有個譜,又懶得換衫落街上到黎個樣都正正常常,一食搞唔掂勁多筋,肉又質感奇怪最後好多都食唔到,扒埋d飯填飽肚算數

唔係講笑 從來冇喺任何平台上面俾過差評 完全係黑心舖頭 其實一入到去個老細都幾nice喺度推介啲咩好食 一路食其實都冇咩問題 除咗啲嘢食麻麻哋 但係去到俾錢嘅時候 發現好貴 我哋總共嗌咗兩樣嘢食 一個酸菜魚一個辣子雞 佢一開始俾我哋嘅Menu係$62一份酸菜魚 然後我哋就發現唔對路 因為兩個餸食咗我哋接近$300 所以我哋返轉頭問 個老細同我哋講$62係外賣嘅價 跟住佢喺隔離抽咗張Menu出嚟係寫住$82一份 嗰陣因為佢攞咗份Menu出嚟 所以我哋以為係自己記錯 就走咗 但後尾越諗越奇怪 因為我哋都幾firm一開始佢俾我哋嗰份寫住嘅價錢係$62 即係佢有兩份一模一樣但係唔同價錢嘅Menu 而佢比我哋嘅嗰份係平啲嘅Menu 至於辣子雞 其實一開始我哋諗住嗌雞煲($88)但係個老細就sell我哋嗌辣子雞 話個辣子雞好食啲 咁我哋諗住可能都係差唔多價 冇特登睇幾錢就落咗單 跟住俾錢嘅時候老細同我哋講係180幾 因為冇睇到佢個Menu寫幾錢 所以我哋喺網上外賣平台度search 發現佢外送嘅價錢先至150幾 反而我哋堂食係180幾 但係因為嗰陣時我哋已經走咗 同埋發現佢完全冇出單俾我哋 甚至我哋入返去問嘅時候佢都冇攞張單同我哋出嚟對 而係口頭同我哋講 所以我哋發現冇任何途徑可以證明同埋追究返(仲有我哋係用現金俾!)連付款記錄都冇 於是我哋決定喺呢度俾我哋嘅第一個差評 提醒大家千祈唔好去食🫡🫡

前幾日夜晚打邊爐叫左個雞煲食食下見到有野爬爬下。。。點知。。。。一路食 啲曱甴一路係枱底爬上枱面。。。痴孖根 打死超過5隻 個店員都知有曱甴但冇人出聲 冇主動清走啲屍體點解可以衛生差到咁嘔心

午餐叫左兩個魚餐,一個酸菜魚、另一個梅菜蒸魚,兩個都系$56。兩個餐有湯有熱飲有飯,抵食又好味,老板話自製咸菜,所以酸菜魚嘅咸菜吾似街外嗰d死咸,經開肯定再幫襯。

週日約一時,到陶明居午餐,去年在此吃過幾次晩餐,主打椰子鮮雞煲,雞鮮味,湯鮮甜,有誠意的食肆。疫情下,餐廳午餐增加供應食物款式,有午市套餐,雲吞麵等等等之前路過門口餐牌圖片吸引,老闆熱情好客健談。今次試午餐,已鎖定目標食酸菜魚和濕炒雜會河粉二人幸運地被安排坐寬敞舒適的卡位,店員幫忙用手機掃針咭,快快點餐。兩碗例湯隨即上枱,熱度十足,原來係霸王花豬骨湯好多霸王花,鮮甜無味精,好好飲。酸菜魚落單時店員說可選擇辣度,我選了小辣,先呷一啖湯頭,又酸又辣,天氣悶熱,開胃魚片約有八小片,用上生魚做魚片,肉嫩滑有魚味,略嫌未夠鮮味碗內有薯粉,份量不少薯粉跟酸菜味,個人覺得是最佳配搭,一啖湯,一啖粉,又酸又辣又麻,過癮。目測幾住客人都點了這個招牌酸菜魚。套餐附上的白飯,我食唔晒打包回家白飯粒粒分明,軟硬度適中家人點的濕炒雜會河粉有豬潤、蝦仁、叉燒,肉片,跟我心目中的豬雜炒河的材料有些少落差,沒有豬肚,鮮魷。落單時要求了"兜亂",河粉,啖啖河粉啖啖肉,鑊氣不夠,味道只是合格。餐飲點了奶茶少奶我的要求做到了。$56+$3 招牌酸菜魚套餐過下酸菜魚癮,好抵食$48 濕炒雜會河粉份量足,味道一般,陶明居出品有誠意,廚師對煮食有要求,店家強調湯頭不添加味精,店員姐姐勤快有禮,餐廳用上湖水藍色裝潢,坐位舒適,用餐感覺良好。值得再三光顧,下次想試午市套餐剁椒鯇魚。
