To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興的下午茶比很多食肆來得早,2點便有了。是日點了一碟雙拼飯($58)和 西多士餐 ($28)。
太興的燒味雖然是中央廚房供應,但感覺上每家的後期加工和存放方式不同,所以質素上見出入。
但燒肉肉質較韌,而且皮乾得來不算很脆,有點令人失望。
至於,飯的份量尚算充足,是下午茶較飽肚的選擇。推薦指數:3/5
西多士炸得金黃之餘,新鮮炸起見多士上的油泡緩緩消散,貌相一流!
切開點上糖漿,仍然外脆內軟,是用上新鮮麵包的證明。
而且,中間夾了點微咸的花生醬,甜咸並置,相當高水準的傳統西多做法。推薦指數:5/5
不過,佐敦店面積較少,相對地坐得不及其他店舒服,也輪候了10分鐘才能入座,但還是值得推薦的一間食肆。
盆菜整味道不錯且十分足料,共有18款珍品:原隻鮑魚8隻、海蝦12隻、花菇12隻、如意髮菜、蠔皇花膠、海鰻鱔肚、蘿蔔、雲耳、枝竹、芋頭、魚蛋、燒腩仔、豬手、豬手、魷魚、素翅、西蘭花。
$6X碟馳名燒腩仔飯,不單無賣相,簡直就像垃圾咁堆埋一堆,顯出突顯廚房的求其!如果好食我都唔會怪佢!令人失望的是,一點點也不好味!腩仔骨肉分離,腩皮又油又淋,連蝶飯都是一pat pat的,似米漿多過飯,無texture又無飯味!令人失望之極。『難食』我唔怪佢!但收我咁貴卻對食物的處理毫無誠意,就難以令人原諒!
仲要加$18先可叫雙併!叉燒當然都係唔得!真係“霉”肉囉。仲要俾得兩滴叉燒汁!好在要求加汁佢都肯俾!否則……
老板叫左點瑞士汁炒河,都係一路食一路鬧!牛肉霉的!河粉根本未炒開,仲係一叠叠!個汁就只得一個“甜”字!全無瑞士酒的咸得黎甜甜地的神粹!
兩個人食左成$150!(好唔值!)
這都不是最重要要!最重要係浪費我們假日食野的quota,不能原諒!
