To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天我和太太中午帶着興奮的心情,特別來太興吃燒味,我們點了一份雞叉燒雙拼和一個燒肉飯。非常失望,燒肉皮韌到完全咬不動,燒肉還可以,味道正常,這烧肉好像不是今天新鮮做出來的。我們已投訴了餐廳經理,她聴後沒有反應,沒有跟進! 她只是說了肉還好,只是皮比較難吃, 沒說一聲就離開了。後來我們再次投訴給另外一個職員,還是沒有反應!太興應該是以燒味出名的,但是今次的經驗告訴我他的出品是不可靠的,肯定沒有第二次,我不建議人去這一間食燒味! continue reading

昨天買了一盒燒腩回家,是即食,沒有放很耐或焗過,燒肉皮全是沐和韌的,好似隔夜燒肉咁,要放在焗爐加工才叫做食倒,百幾圓的燒肉連一般燒味檔都不如。太興D嘢越賣越貴但D服務和食物質素就越來越差,👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼。其他食物亦一樣,炒小菜很油,份量又少,好似食碟頭飯咁😂。早餐選擇太少,永遠只可揀雙腸,雙蛋或雙腿,雞扒很細塊,多士唔脆都算仲要要凍和韌,照顯一早做定,職員見熟客就Ok,否則態度很差,唔願做咁。 continue reading

不知所謂既員工,服務態度超級差!入舖無人理,坐低十分鐘都無人執枱,舉手打算點餐+叫人執枱,員工走埋嚟問都無問客人要咩,第一句就講:「自己落單架喎!」我答左一句「咁可唔可以執一執枱?!」員工反問返轉頭:「我有話唔可以咩?」(其實我個問題佢聽到d咩?定專登要鬧客?)落完單,我叫了杯鴦走,因為系統無得揀少甜,又沒有寫明奶是分開上,所以諗住舉手講聲杯野飲要少甜,第一個員工見到照走開,另一位過來,我說:「我剛剛落左杯野飲想要少甜,系統無得揀所以想同你地講聲。」佢即刻反我白眼,邊走邊講:「奶係分開上架!!」,其實點解可以咁無知,佢地係咪唔知其他既餐廳都會係落埋奶,客人只是講一句,點解可以咁無禮貌?埋單問收銀,你地有無投訴熱線,收銀話:「下!要搵喎~」呢間野真係厲害,上市上到咁差都第一次見!永不回頭,兼傳開身邊嘅人blacklist此餐廳。 continue reading
