今天我和太太中午帶着興奮的心情,特別來太興吃燒味,我們點了一份雞叉燒雙拼和一個燒肉飯。非常失望,燒肉皮韌到完全咬不動,燒肉還可以,味道正常,這烧肉好像不是今天新鮮做出來的。我們已投訴了餐廳經理,她聴後沒有反應,沒有跟進! 她只是說了肉還好,只是皮比較難吃, 沒說一聲就離開了。後來我們再次投訴給另外一個職員,還是沒有反應!太興應該是以燒味出名的,但是今次的經驗告訴我他的出品是不可靠的,肯定沒有第二次,我不建議人去這一間食燒味!

昨天買了一盒燒腩回家,是即食,沒有放很耐或焗過,燒肉皮全是沐和韌的,好似隔夜燒肉咁,要放在焗爐加工才叫做食倒,百幾圓的燒肉連一般燒味檔都不如。太興D嘢越賣越貴但D服務和食物質素就越來越差,👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼。其他食物亦一樣,炒小菜很油,份量又少,好似食碟頭飯咁😂。早餐選擇太少,永遠只可揀雙腸,雙蛋或雙腿,雞扒很細塊,多士唔脆都算仲要要凍和韌,照顯一早做定,職員見熟客就Ok,否則態度很差,唔願做咁。

同一家人過到嚟太興食個晚餐

另外叫咗一隻砂礓雞,但係睇落似豉油雞多啲,顏色就夠嘅,可惜除咗皮之外隻雞都冇乜味

我覺得有啲失望,
五個人埋單食咗$500鬆啲,下次都係去酒樓食好過啦,燒鵝嘅味道就一般,冇咩特別,
如果唔再喺食物質量上面改善,我諗都好難再吸引到客人嘅回頭再幫襯
