To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其他食物亦一樣,炒小菜很油,份量又少,好似食碟頭飯咁😂。
早餐選擇太少,永遠只可揀雙腸,雙蛋或雙腿,雞扒很細塊,多士唔脆都算仲要要凍和韌,照顯一早做定,職員見熟客就Ok,否則態度很差,唔願做咁。

入舖無人理,坐低十分鐘都無人執枱,舉手打算點餐+叫人執枱,員工走埋嚟問都無問客人要咩,第一句就講:「自己落單架喎!」我答左一句「咁可唔可以執一執枱?!」員工反問返轉頭:「我有話唔可以咩?」(其實我個問題佢聽到d咩?定專登要鬧客?)落完單,我叫了杯鴦走,因為系統無得揀少甜,又沒有寫明奶是分開上,所以諗住舉手講聲杯野飲要少甜,第一個員工見到照走開,另一位過來,我說:「我剛剛落左杯野飲想要少甜,系統無得揀所以想同你地講聲。」佢即刻反我白眼,邊走邊講:「奶係分開上架!!」,其實點解可以咁無知,佢地係咪唔知其他既餐廳都會係落埋奶,客人只是講一句,點解可以咁無禮貌?埋單問收銀,你地有無投訴熱線,收銀話:「下!要搵喎~」呢間野真係厲害,上市上到咁差都第一次見!永不回頭,兼傳開身邊嘅人blacklist此餐廳。
因為我哋一家五人,所以分咗兩張枱
位於富榮花園樓下嘅太興
多數都係做附近屋苑嘅生意
仲記得細個嘅時候成日都過嚟開餐,
大個咗之後越來越少食,唔單止價錢貴咗好多份量亦都細咗,
本身爸爸媽咪係為咗過嚟太興食燒鵝先至決定過嚟食,如果唔係我哋應該會去附近嘅酒樓
誰不知職員話半隻燒鵝都冇
得返兩份下裝,所以我哋只好叫咗138元,一份下裝食
叫咗兩個晚餐套餐,魚香茄子煲,同埋咕嚕肉,加少少錢就可以配白飯同埋飲品,不過白飯嘅份量真係好細碗,基本上係一個正常人都唔會食得飽,
另外叫咗一隻砂礓雞,但係睇落似豉油雞多啲,顏色就夠嘅,可惜除咗皮之外隻雞都冇乜味
我覺得有啲失望,
五個人埋單食咗$500鬆啲,下次都係去酒樓食好過啦,燒鵝嘅味道就一般,冇咩特別,
如果唔再喺食物質量上面改善,我諗都好難再吸引到客人嘅回頭再幫襯
