To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同一家人過到嚟太興食個晚餐因為我哋一家五人,所以分咗兩張枱位於富榮花園樓下嘅太興多數都係做附近屋苑嘅生意仲記得細個嘅時候成日都過嚟開餐,大個咗之後越來越少食,唔單止價錢貴咗好多份量亦都細咗,本身爸爸媽咪係為咗過嚟太興食燒鵝先至決定過嚟食,如果唔係我哋應該會去附近嘅酒樓誰不知職員話半隻燒鵝都冇得返兩份下裝,所以我哋只好叫咗138元,一份下裝食叫咗兩個晚餐套餐,魚香茄子煲,同埋咕嚕肉,加少少錢就可以配白飯同埋飲品,不過白飯嘅份量真係好細碗,基本上係一個正常人都唔會食得飽,另外叫咗一隻砂礓雞,但係睇落似豉油雞多啲,顏色就夠嘅,可惜除咗皮之外隻雞都冇乜味我覺得有啲失望,五個人埋單食咗$500鬆啲,下次都係去酒樓食好過啦,燒鵝嘅味道就一般,冇咩特別,如果唔再喺食物質量上面改善,我諗都好難再吸引到客人嘅回頭再幫襯

叫咗兩個晚餐套餐,魚香茄子煲,同埋咕嚕肉,加少少錢就可以配白飯同埋飲品,不過白飯嘅份量真係好細碗,基本上係一個正常人都唔會食得飽,
另外叫咗一隻砂礓雞,但係睇落似豉油雞多啲,顏色就夠嘅,可惜除咗皮之外隻雞都冇乜味

我覺得有啲失望,
五個人埋單食咗$500鬆啲,下次都係去酒樓食好過啦,燒鵝嘅味道就一般,冇咩特別,
如果唔再喺食物質量上面改善,我諗都好難再吸引到客人嘅回頭再幫襯
