To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇嚟過太興食嘢啦，今日送完返學之後。就去太興坐低食個晏晝。一點幾，唔多人，一入去就有位。叫咗個肥叉油雞飯+冰鎮奶茶。係我記憶入邊，我每一次嚟叫肥叉，佢都係同我講冇（或者一啲都唔肥）。我夾起舊叉燒，心諗「哎，一啲都唔肥既」。但係食落口，超級淋，好有驚喜。冰鎮奶茶，一如既往出色。。

同小朋友拎件樂器去整（小朋友啲樂器真係叫佢哋要小心handle),之後去咗附近食個下午茶先，之後再出發其他行程坐低叫咗個下午茶加奶茶，佢嘅凍奶茶飲得多，熱奶茶好少叫一杯上枱，茶色一般差唔多，一啖入口，水溫少少熱，無乜茶味，攪勻再試，茶味出得一般，唔算太濃，加咗練奶但好似比甜冚過咗啲茶味10分比7分

呢間嘢都喺度一段時候啦由人手落單，變到而家枱邊有QR code落單依然都係咁多老人家幫襯啲嘢都貴咗😂有樣嘢都抵讚嘅，起碼有人幫啲老人家落order 不過呢個都係時代嘅趨勢食嘢方便叉燒嘅質素好咗不過我覺得佢啲茶餐價錢同正餐都好似差唔多🤣

因為話有新口味，買奶茶送厚多士，所以就嚟咗中伏。新口味香芋奶茶一杯正價要33蚊，而一個厚多士嘅茶餐係30蚊，凍飲另加三蚊。其實都唔可以話係中伏，因為嚟到杯嘢真係同幅圖可以話係差唔多。杯邊係紫薯泥，而杯底係有兩三嚿芋頭，係煮熟咗嘅芋頭，唔係芋泥，真係真材實料㗎！亦都因為係咁，佢畀嘅紙飲筒係唔可以將佢吸到上嚟。大家其實都可以喺屋企試試。又或者，大家飲之前可以將個芋頭壓碎佢去飲，可能會好啲。另外，題外話我覺得呢度啲員工態度都算唔錯嘅。
