To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不過我覺得
佢啲茶餐價錢同正餐都好似差唔多🤣
以為「太興」這種連鎖店是穩陣之選,而「牛柳絲瑞士汁濕炒河」也應該是零風險的。
豈料食物到了,令人感到失望。食物賣相欠佳,鑊氣欠奉,牛肉乏味,河粉味道好像只吃到甜味。價錢比一般小店稍高一點,味道卻不對勁。我勉強也只能吃到一半就停了。邊吃邊想念到大排擋一般可以吃到的乾炒牛河。
是廚房的問題?還是管理的問題?
以往光顧「太興」的經驗還好,認為算是物有所值,今次則失望地離去,沒有吃飽。

競爭者亦不多,但基本既服務態度都應該要有
買了燒肉, 一隻雞得師傅切都等左5-10分鐘
明白依個時段會比較忙
而身旁既員工唔忙, 但不斷走來走去
但手上無拎野, 見到師傅切好既不幫手包裝
結果我又等左10分鐘
我已經忍唔住自己入袋
員工先行過幫手蓋好個盒
之後就企左係我身旁睇住我PACK野
我好想問佢一句, 依D就係你既服務態度?
一句都唔洗問, 不如我幫你整?
最後, 員工就睇左我幾分鐘, 終於PACK好
其實要客人自己整, 不如唔洗請甘多人啦, 咩都可以自助啦~

仲話我記錯左,個d叫柚子蜜
無有禮貌嘅職員:個d唔係咸味,係柑桔味,講一堆廢話…
