To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五個人去,叫左四個餐午餐
燒鵝飯,普普通通。無乜太大特色,鵝的味道都尚算可以。
叉燒燒肉飯,叉燒的味道都唔錯,肉亦夠lum,不過就瘦左D。燒肉的皮相當鬆化,亦有少少炭燒味,幾好。
瑞士汁牛柳絲炒河,這個午餐比就咁散叫這款炒河仲平,仲有野飲,$38算係幾抵。牛肉真係似紐西蘭牛肉(佢係咁寫),又lum又有少少酒香,河粉方面用瑞士汁炒,味道好,少少甜,很濃郁。不過很多油,仲要放兩條菜落碟底,名副其實的油菜。份量則幾大
仲有一個就係帆立貝手打烏東配炸餃子。炸餃子正常味道,無甚驚喜,個人覺得煎應該好食過炸。烏東則做得唔錯,又滑又有質感。湯及其他配料都幾好。預期之外。
當然都有試那個冰鎮奶茶,D荼好似過濾得麻麻,有D茶渣,兩杯都係咁,應該就唔似係個別事件。奶茶味道和出面其他地方的差不多,無驚喜。
P.S. 餐叫燒味飯其實唔係抵,只是比散叫平幾蚊,反而D炒野平之餘仲有野飲,是比較抵的
一貫靚裝修,門口有帶位,亦有侍應落單.一碟雙拼飯$30,索價比其他同區的地方高,不過其乳豬皮脆鬆化,又的確比其他店優勝.所謂熟汁叉燒,燒得不夠入味,肉質亦不夠鬆化.
其另一鎮山之寶冰鎮奶茶,就完全不行,奶味大過天,茶味近乎沒有.相信用冰鎮上,綽頭而已.單價$16一杯,不如在隔離白宮飲好過.
當隔離百多米之遙,偉恆昌新村的酒家,正賣緊$10一盒外賣燒味飯之同時,究竟這間太興新世代,一個連餐茶盛惠$43的燒味飯餐,能否吸納翔龍灣住客之外的土瓜灣街坊?
