To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢期是豉油皇烤鴿,原價是$43,不算貴,加上$5的優惠,現在只需要$38一隻,幾抵食
烤鴿其貌不揚,但真是鴿不可以貌相,蒜味十足,醃得入味,肉質甘腴豐美,皮烤得焦香,家人個個都讚口不絕!
太興燒味有時都會偶有佳作!
我就叫了一個原隻鵝脾瀬($69),另外加$3有冰鎮奶茶。
我最喜歡燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,可惜太興的鵝皮唔脆,要用牙撕開,我覺得好失望,鵝肉暖暖的而味道都可以,潄粉好幼,個湯好淡。
軟綿綿花生醬多士($28)另外要了紅豆冰($8)-多士焗烤過,所以比較硬,綿花糖和多士中間有一層厚厚的花生醬,而綿花糖上層仲有一層朱古力糖醬,食落好滯,因為綿花糖、朱古力醬、花生醬加在一起,吞下食道時,覺得好似黏在食道中,如果當甜品吃完晚餐食會好些,不過下午茶就太甜,因為吃完完全唔想食野😅😅😅
奶茶都算滑,整體我覺得最好呢個👌👌👌
福建炒飯個汁鋪滿左成個飯, 而材料分別有鮮蝦, 雞肉, 芥蘭莖同埋菇, 而最抵讚既係個炒飯底,每粒飯都被蛋漿包住, 炒得粒粒分明, 唔會炒得一舊舊, 個汁鹹度適中, 鮮蝦亦爽口彈牙, 成個飯既配搭真係好好味。
牛油多士很熱很碎,值得一贊。炒旦都很滑,吾會老,微微流心,岩我心意!!
即沖泡沫咖啡係我早餐必嗌的,味道夠濃同細滑,泡沫份量適中,吾錯。
這份早餐整體還算可以,價錢合理,環境也舒適,只係服務員態度一般,同埋即使見到我要落單都遲遲未嚟,但好在食物上得算快,否則趕著返工的朋友就要注意了:)

-個樣好似乾炒牛河咁,不過多咗小小汁(其實同d油撈埋)
-牛柳唔多,味道唔差因d汁帶小小甜,只是太多油
八寶飯: 有油雞, 燒鵝, 燒肉, 叉燒, 魷魚, 紅腸, 咸蛋, 燻蹄~!! 份量都唔算細~~ 而且D油雞嫩滑又夠味~ 燒鵝燒得好味~~ 叉燒都係又淋又好味~ 成碟飯都好正~ 十分有水準~ 同埋咸蛋有成隻~ 唔係半隻~ 完全適合我喜歡食咸蛋送飯既人士~ ~
冰鎮奶茶: 幾滑,但味道一般
順帶一提,這裡冷氣長期超凍!!
