今日自己一個去左太興食下午茶, 由於未食晏既我真係好肚餓,結果揀左個福建炒飯配冰鎮奶茶。福建炒飯個汁鋪滿左成個飯, 而材料分別有鮮蝦, 雞肉, 芥蘭莖同埋菇, 而最抵讚既係個炒飯底,每粒飯都被蛋漿包住, 炒得粒粒分明, 唔會炒得一舊舊, 個汁鹹度適中, 鮮蝦亦爽口彈牙, 成個飯既配搭真係好好味。凍鎮奶茶: 話明係凍鎮奶茶, D凍緊係放係隻杯既出面凍鎮住啦, 奶茶沖得好滑同好濃茶味, 唔會因為凍塊溶左而令到茶味淡左, 果然無叫錯。

一個好食嘅早餐對我嚟講係一天的好開始,今日我食嘅係太興早餐。我嗌左一個常餐,有火腿絲通粉,牛油多士配炒旦,同即沖泡沫咖啡。吾洗等好耐,大概五至十分鐘度,食物就xx送上,火腿通粉夠熱,份量還算可以,湯吾算太咸,有菜配上,不過不失。牛油多士很熱很碎,值得一贊。炒旦都很滑,吾會老,微微流心,岩我心意!!即沖泡沫咖啡係我早餐必嗌的,味道夠濃同細滑,泡沫份量適中,吾錯。這份早餐整體還算可以,價錢合理,環境也舒適,只係服務員態度一般,同埋即使見到我要落單都遲遲未嚟,但好在食物上得算快,否則趕著返工的朋友就要注意了:)

點了個招牌餐肉蛋公仔麵配冰鎮奶茶.

上檯後見賣相同以前差不多,但睇真, 兩塊午餐肉由以往厚切變成薄斜切, 正確來講現在兩塊只等如從前一塊.

另外叫的厚多同樣大縮水, 就算唔同以前比, 只同餐牌上嘅相片比較已差很遠.

味道仍是可以的,可惜已經缺少了以往專程去太興開餐嘅滿足感.

加價我明白,但可否至少保持從前嘅八九成呢?!

難得家母作客,便以盤菜,作團年飯的主角,大堆頭,而且,無須與其他人逼餐死。最近家中有盤菜供應的地方,就是翔龍灣"太興新世代"。發展到今天,盤菜的用料越來越高級,好像太興的盤菜,更用上鮑魚,花膠等材料,與魚蛋,蘿蔔,芋頭等一起,價錢為六百多。還有燒鴨,雞,冬菇,枝竹等等,味道方面不過不失,蘿蔔爽甜,最名貴的鮑魚,不甚入味。三個人一餐飯當然吃不完,剩下來的,是未來兩三天的"糧餉"了。不要說我寒酸,新年流流吃隔夜菜,當你想想,有些活在第三世界的人,連吃也沒有得吃,還會說這番話嗎?
