To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日早一點外出隨便揀間連鎖店去食早餐。
好耐無幫襯過,估唔到出左咁多罐頭賣,又奶茶,又湯,又餸菜。
見到早餐都有10多樣選擇,而早餐相睇落都唔錯。
1. 輕盈香辣肉碎札肉湯米粉,配太陽蛋多士及咖啡($38),另一個同樣嘅早餐則轉了炒蛋。
但兩份早餐上枱一刻真係嚇咗一跳
佢碗米粉D 餸真係超級輕盈,同餐牌張相真係差好遠,估唔到集團式餐廳都可以咁中伏攪到個人都好無心情。
多士只係烤一下,唔太脆,而炒蛋唔滑。
多士一樣唔太脆,太陽蛋就一般。
咖啡就普普通通。
整體來講,太興早餐真係好一般,今次真係中伏了。

燒味都出名到 街知巷聞。
啲一個八寶飯.....個賣相同圖係有啲出入。
光澤感就唔係好夠,係勝左氣味香濃。。。
都拎返啲分...
本身都冇期望過佢有幾好食,仲要每樣餸得兩件。
心諗咁貴食個飯,有冇搞錯得個兩件。。。
但食落口嘅第一啖就覺得有意想不到嘅驚喜,
好似係用煙燻嘅方法黎煮嫁。。
有厚切叉燒…… 肥瘦均勻
鵝啖啖肉,皮又脆。
連紅腸都有煙燻味.....
個鹹蛋黃係 超級好味。。有甘甘地,蛋黄油係滴到出黎嘅......
鮑魚雞煲, 上枱嘅時候個煲 入面嘅食物仲霧緊煙
北菇豆腐青衣魚柳煲,加入咗好多蒜, 蔥頭,味道香濃
埋單一人105hkd 左右
炒粉麵飯有配飲品 而小菜就要另加$19, 配白飯及飲品, 成set小菜餐, 大概百多元!
青衣魚柳煲上檯揭蓋, 仲咋咋聲, 熱辣辣, 主要係䓤蒜味, 唔咸, 好香好熱!青衣肉結實彈牙, 有魚香!豆腐皮吸埋d汁!
咕嚕肉都唔錯, 皮鬆脆、肉嫩。配料仲有青、紅椒、菠蘿、洋蔥, 加埋咕嚕汁, 一定送碗飯!😋😋👍🏻
欖菜炒飯好香蛋味, 炒飯粒粒分明, 肉鬆都好多!
只係食過一次早餐..
覺得一般..
諗住比多一次機會試下晚餐..
好多人..不過都好快有位..
所以野都係散叫再加$19轉套餐..
叫左個鮑魚雞煲.. 得一粒細鮑魚..雞得幾舊..仲要骨多過肉..同埋超級油...
完全送唔到一碗飯..
老公叫左個蝦醬通菜鮮魷...菜係多既...
但係魷魚得幾粒..仲要係未熟...
d菜咸到不得了..我要用熱水浸左先食得..
魷魚冇再食..亦唔想得幾粒都要同廚房講..
一來驚加料..二來得幾粒亦好無謂..
咁樣都一人差唔多$100..我完全覺得唔值..
我唔明點解咁樣都可以生存到咁耐..仲要等位先食得..
