下午茶去太興,點了兩份茶餐。1)叉燒咸蛋飯 $44及2)牛柳絲瑞士汁濕炒河 $48,都係跟凍檸茶 。先講講我份,令人失望之選擇。牛柳絲份量少之又少,數過只得5條。😓牛河只得甜味,相當之奇怪,最後,只能吃了半碟就放棄了,真係好難吃及令人失望。都係燒味信得過,叉燒不肥,蜜汁味又適中,加上全隻咸蛋,只是$44 ,味道一定不錯,阿仔成碟清哂。他還笑我,嚟太興更係食燒味,招牌及信心之選!😂😂知道了,下次不會再試!

下午茶去太興,點了兩份茶餐。

1)叉燒咸蛋飯 $44及
2)牛柳絲瑞士汁濕炒河 $48,
都係跟凍檸茶 。

先講講我份,令人失望之選擇。

牛柳絲份量少之又少,數過只得5條。😓牛河只得甜味,相當之奇怪,最後,只能吃了半碟就放棄了,真係好難吃及令人失望。

今晚去太興吃晚飯看到晚市餐牌的排骨麵只是$50,還包飲品!惹味排骨麵 $50一來到就香味四溢,排骨肉少,但帶筋肉,入口軟滑吾鞋!麵質像拉麵的質感 吾會過淋而且有咬口 湯頭有滷水既香氣 整體都吾錯晚市包野飲 依個價錢也算超值太興果然是燒味最出色!我和女兒一個要食燒肉,一個要切雞同叉燒,最後全都點了特搜叉燒半肥瘦 入口鬆化吾鞋那香甜的味道加上啖啖肉,肉脂係口散發,肥而不膩很過癮!切雞幸運地是雞脾肉!有海南雞的味道,香嫩滑,味道上乘。燒肉口感飽滿,肥瘦適中,但皮燒得過咸,比較遜色。不過就不是每次都這樣的,還是看彩數吧!蘭花炒斑塊 冰鮮魚塊的貨色這是必然的了,一吃就知道,略嫌炒得過乾,斑塊太薄,咬下去沒有什麼口感味道偏咸,吃到底也有很多油這應該都是普遍餐廳犯的毛病吧。整體感覺還好,假若能做到少油少鹽會更好!

一來到就香味四溢,排骨肉少,但帶筋肉,入口軟滑吾鞋!
麵質像拉麵的質感 吾會過淋而且有咬口 湯頭有滷水既香氣 整體都吾錯
晚市包野飲 依個價錢也算超值

切雞幸運地是雞脾肉!有海南雞的味道,香嫩滑,味道上乘。
燒肉口感飽滿,肥瘦適中,但皮燒得過咸,比較遜色。不過就不是每次都這樣的,還是看彩數吧!

蘭花炒斑塊
冰鮮魚塊的貨色這是必然的了,一吃就知道,略嫌炒得過乾,斑塊太薄,咬下去沒有什麼口感
味道偏咸,吃到底也有很多油
這應該都是普遍餐廳犯的毛病吧。
整體感覺還好,假若能做到少油少鹽會更好!

這星期因為要去拜山所以幾約咗去調景嶺等,早到所以咪諗住貪方便去太興食早餐。咁本身我好鍾愛通粉,所以咪叫個火腿通粉早餐連炒蛋多士,而佢好識做將即磨咖啡升級到泡沫咖啡。但可能因為太多人所以要等10~15分鐘先有得食。點知佢竟然用快熟通粉,炒蛋又太乾身,咖啡同普通即磨無分別,重要收我36蚊。好心你唔識煮通粉記就唔好賣啦!即時 blacklist,以後唔會再去!

已經唔止一次去太興食嘢食到一肚氣,上次叫外賣常餐雪菜肉絲米、炒蛋、多士、連野飲,攞完之返到屋企後發覺佢哋執留咗份炒蛋,都算啦,當佢哋一時之間唔記得。今次打定電話去落單外賣自取,20分鐘後過去俾錢攞左單,收銀員粒聲唔出叫我喺度等足10分鐘先發現原來個外買一早已經準備咗!嗰度啲員工完全唔理!由得個客乾等,一啲都唔會攞外賣俾客人/通知客人。啲嘢食凍哂!仲要比佢話返我做咩唔問啲外買攞得未!簡直本末倒置!

During tea time, there are tea sets for around $2x-3x, and it comes with a drink. I ordered a peanut butter and marshmallow toast.The toast was a bit too sweet because the toast was thin so it didn't really balance out. (Maybe that's why smores uses chocolate and not peanut butter) It's good for sharing though.The drink ($23) was pretty refreshing. It's blueberry juice on top and has aloe bits at the bottom, but the aloe has a canned taste to it.

好幾年前,太興的枱轉用這款用來盛放餐具的抽櫃,十分方便。這設計十分有創意,現在很多茶餐廳都用這款枱。連我我家的枱都照樣特製類似的枱。

外皮略脆,連著少少脂肪,它的油香,實在美味。但是,鵝肉有些實,而且不太熱,這可能因為大興的燒味是中央處理,因此味道不及小時在西灣河老店食的味道。但整體而言,都不錯!
