To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先講無人帶位,d遊客個個自出自入,見有位就坐,店員又唔管。
終於等到人帶位啦,落單重亂....
燒味賣晒無問題丫,叫㕑房菜一樣好味
不過落單同事每樣都要問收銀賣晒未....
落完單轉頭話唔好意思,無晒....

真係吹漲,一開始就係為左食叉燒
我o地入到去,女侍應俾o左張四人卡位我o地坐,由於我o地都唔算好肚餓,於是叫一個tea兩人分.就決定要$48.00o既叉燒鹹蛋飯,加$8.00要鹹檸七.由於好似叫好少o野,又擔心有冇最低消費,又咁o岩見到menu底話凡叫任何o野食,都可享原價$48.00o既燉湯,第一盅$38.00,第二盅每盅起$28.00.咁我o地就叫一盅啦,揀o左木瓜雪耳燉唐排.
冇耐,叉燒鹹蛋飯到o黎, 我要o左最右邊有啲燶o既o個兩件,叉燒係全瘦偏鹹.口感唔太實,可接受;而飯呢,豉油汁唔多,飯唔係好夠腍,一般.而鹹蛋亦唔算靚,不過蛋白反而唔太鹹.
木瓜雪耳燉唐排亦都到o黎,都算大盅,睇到都幾足料, 味道都幾甜,木耳唔會太腍,o岩o岩好.
服務:
留意到呢o度o既侍應全部都係女長者,個個都好有禮貌.
不過間間太興應該都有一個員工服務準則,就係客人入座後唔知幾多分鐘,就要棟o係o度等客人叫o野食.呢樣唔係唔好,但我諗時間長少少會好啲.
環境:
唔知係咪位於遊客區,呢間裝修幾靚.

質素好正常,很有街坊茶記風味,環境很舒服乾淨。多士暖暖,雪菜米份量十足。食材新鮮,米線爽口,湯頭清甜,雪菜清爽有鮮味,淸淸的可以接受。 奶茶最正,奶香茶濃,入囗滑滑而帶厚重質感,香味留囗。
店以卡位為主。可能旺地租貴,比我家附近的太興細,唔太舖服。侍應走過經常碰到椅背,或在手邊擦過。作為消費者,有時也要體諒經營極之困難!
