To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先講講嗰碗意粉,湯底夠哂味但又唔會太鹹,啖啖肉嘅豬肉丸配埋啖啖脆嘅新鮮蔬菜,真係夠晒彈牙,完全可以媲美街邊啲高檔西餐廳。✨
講到菠蘿油,甜中帶鹹,酥皮下係滑嘅牛油,入口即溶,真係正到飛起!配上一啖熱辣辣、香噴噴嘅奶茶,我喝第一口嘅感覺就像係冬天裏面嘅一股暖流,滿口生津,順滑得滯,幾至令人忘卻咗等位嘅辛苦。
嗰杯奶茶睇落好普通,但飲落就知有幾巴閉。茶味濃郁得嚟又唔苦,奶香而不膩口,重點係溫度掌握得剛好,熱辣辣咁飲落真心舒服。
隨便噏吓,今次食得係幸福同滿足。對於追求平民美食嘅我嚟講,這裏無疑係一個好地方。我會再嚟嘅!👍
不過好嘅已經講完啦,其實我個朋友已經堅持咗幾次響泰興買外賣,每次都係想要肥叉燒飯多汁,佢哋每次落單都係有呢個選項,寫明係肥叉,都寫明多汁,系統都做得好清楚。不過個重點係從來冇一次我哋係食到有肥叉燒嘅,不特止,仲要每一次都係瘦叉燒,仲要係好乾嗰隻!作為一間主打宣傳燒味嘅餐廳,實在點都講唔去,我會寧願你話俾我聽冇,或者冇得選擇,但係點解要寫明係肥叉但係又要不斷比瘦叉燒呢?仲要一啲都唔多汁,亦都係每次都冇多個汁!唔係失望,係超級反感!
所以我都好無奈地一定要比差評,同埋已經同我朋友講過以後都唔好再去,反正大把地方有得食唔錯嘅叉燒飯,同埋都真係會尊重大家嘅選擇盡量俾返客人需要嘅燒味俾人,所以以後都唔會再去泰興,如果有人講開就會分享呢件事,希望佢哋會有所改善,都衷心祝福佢哋好運。
切雞鹹蛋飯賣相一般,但勝在係髀,味道正常,鹹蛋就一整隻,對鹹蛋迷嚟講係正,醬汁鼓油對我來講偏多,因已有鹹蛋送飯。
飲品冰震奶茶係我至愛,茶味濃而且唔太甜,冰係外圍唔會溝淡奶茶味道。
環境方面我座的是卡位,不用搭檯,有防飛沬膠板,而單也有擺放位置,唔會飛來飛去,每檯都有自座熱水壺,自助倒水的,算係方便,唔洗下下叫侍應。
價錢方面對下午茶嚟算偏貴的
所以我覺得早餐版既一個人的浪漫, 就係餐蛋麵
食過好多間茶記既餐蛋麵, 始終唔及太興既餐蛋麵相比, 用料其實大同小異
我一向都鍾意食圓罐形牌既午餐肉, 但太興用既係長罐形, 但相映成趣
個蛋熟得黎剛剛好, 都仲係好滑, 不過如果繼續浸係熱湯度, 就會變老, 所以我一向都會用隻羹撈住
麵質唔會太硬, 再配上佢既辣椒油, 實在非常美味
平常我會選擇配冰鎮奶茶, 但係個肚唔係太舒服, 所以揀左杯熱飲, 柚子蜜居然不另收費, 當然要試試佢啦
(ps.如果揀冰鎮奶茶, 又唔想咁凍, 可以叫職員幫你走冰)
原意点招牌菜<鸭腿汤饭>可惜售罄,退而思其次<干炒牛河>。
卖相不错,味道可以,最后<咖啡>啖醇~香,反而有惊喜。整体可接受喔!
