To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 番完通宵當然想食番個美味早餐😋見好耐都冇食過太興早餐就特登去食🙊質素仲可以保持以往水準今次叫左個經典午餐肉炒蛋公仔麵，湯底繼續用番出前一丁，但冇之前咁鹹👍🏻今次係用左生菜，我比較中意以往用菜心多啲🥲麵既軟硬度適中，餐肉同之前一樣都咁好味👍🏻

掛八號颱風前趕去太興食飯，最喜歡太興燒味二重奏套餐$148，燒味雙拼加多一味餸。油雞拼燒鴨，油雞好味又入味，燒鴨外皮燒到還有少少脆，加個白飯真係無得輸。海味粉絲煲，湯清清地，有粉絲有菜、有蝦乾，津白吸收了海味的湯汁鮮味。其他菜式都不錯，下次再來試，食完飯趕回家。

🍛太興📌荃灣麗城薈一期·今天和朋友吃下午茶，選擇「太興」因為用餐環境比較乾淨舒適。好欣賞他們的奶茶，香濃順滑，有茶香，有奶香，水準穩定。鹹魚雞粒炒飯($54)炒得好香口，雞肉粒嫩滑，鹹魚味唔太濃，整碟飯份量唔少。輕盈燒鵝湯瀨粉（$38）燒鵝皮香口，鵝肉充滿肉汁，瀨粉爽口，還有些椰菜。濃香杏汁潤肺湯（$58）套餐還可以優惠價享用。雪白的豬肺、排骨、杏汁，香濃好味，杏仁香充積整個湯水好滋潤，好推介。

諗起想食依間餐廳燒鵝瀨粉下午茶時段套餐都幾優惠即刻去試下但係燒鵝質素大不如前未浸湯啲皮已經係淋身大部分都係得皮同骨而且好難咬開 雖然味道都唔差 瀨粉都幾Q彈不過係幾失望嘅

噚日（24-3-2024 Sun）朝，諗住同老公去老馮茶居間https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E8%80%81%E9%A6%AE%E8%8C%B6%E5%B1%85-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E6%B8%AF%E5%BC%8F-%E9%BB%9E%E5%BF%83-r740166)飲茶，但行到嚟嘅時候好多人等位，於是改去茶餐廳，去光榮冰室(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E5%85%89%E6%A6%AE%E5%86%B0%E5%AE%A4-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E6%B8%AF%E5%BC%8F-r649136)啱啱冇位，行去富華(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E5%AF%8C%E8%8F%AF%E5%86%B0%E5%AE%A4-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E6%B8%AF%E5%BC%8F-r761718)又係排隊，咁行返轉頭，銀龍(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E9%8A%80%E9%BE%8D%E7%B2%89%E9%BA%B5%E8%8C%B6%E9%A4%90%E5%BB%B3-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E6%B8%AF%E5%BC%8F-%E7%84%A1%E8%82%89%E9%A4%90%E5%96%AE-r2496)有人排隊，只係太興冇人排隊，於是行過嚟，嚟到嘅時候剩返最後嘅雙人位，咁照坐抵食啦，唔想唔舒服嘅老公再週圍行喇。睇完menu，我就要醒神推介嘅$40.00 香煎雞扒，香草腸配鬆脆多士，加$8.00要忌廉紅豆奶茶，少冰。老公要$40.00嘅雪菜肉絲米拼炒蛋多士轉方包，飲熱檸檬菜蜜。好快，兩杯嘢飲到嚟，早知落單時，揀忌廉紅豆奶茶叫上，我先飲啖，忌廉唔太甜，奶茶夠味，紅豆夠腍同夠甜，唔錯。5分之後嘢食都陸續到嚟，睇見我嘅雞扒汁係黑椒汁。其實menu冇寫係咩汁亦冇得揀咩汁，依家全部都自己設定係黑椒汁?我先食香草腸香草腸，味道濃同好似鹹咗啲。雞扒係煎得嫩滑，好彩黑椒汁又唔係好辣;而多士就正常冇問題。3.5分老公嗰份我完全冇試到。服務:我哋係搭枱，中間有塊隔板，當同枱客人食完走人後，店員自動將塊隔板移後啲，等我哋嘅空間多啲，唔錯。衛生:枱面放咗一壺水畀客人自己斟嚟飲，但當我飲落嘅時候有陣異味。2.5分環境係3.5分，抵食係2.8分上次食評係2022年2月1日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/blue-%E4%B8%80%E8%88%AC-e4316837。
