Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公要$40.00嘅雪菜肉絲米拼炒蛋多士轉方包,飲熱檸檬菜蜜。

之後嘢食都陸續到嚟, 睇見我嘅雞扒汁係黑椒汁。其實menu冇寫係咩汁亦冇得揀咩汁,依家全部都自己設定係黑椒汁?
我先食香草腸香草腸,味道濃同好似鹹咗啲。
雞扒係煎得嫩滑,好彩黑椒汁又唔係好辣;而多士就正常冇問題。

老公嗰份我完全冇試到。
服務:
我哋係搭枱,中間有塊隔板,當同枱客人食完走人後,店員自動將塊隔板移後啲,等我哋嘅空間多啲,唔錯。
衛生:
枱面放咗一壺水畀客人自己斟嚟飲,但當我飲落嘅時候有陣異味。

下午茶的「輕盈燒鵝湯米粉」真抵吃,$38 還包一個飲品。今日落order 時服務員話燒鵝太熱 要等一等才可切,如何我哋等的話就先上飲品,慢慢品嘗。忽然大家都想試下太興的特飲另加$8,「鮮忌廉紅豆奶茶」和「鮮忌廉紅豆咖啡」。嘩!入口即感到咖啡的香濃,再加粉香的紅豆,飲過都會上癮。配奶茶的紅豆絕對沒有誰的味道蓋過誰,香滑濃厚,很飽肚。
新鮮的燒鵝米粉來啦,滿燻燒鵝帶著香濃的煙燻味,鵝肉充滿肉汁,好滿足。
