To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家的燒味一直很有名,除了試一下燒味外更想試試它的杏汁豬肺湯。自從在另一家餐廳喝過就一直對那個味道念念不忘,可惜豬肺清洗的過程太繁瑣,自己沒有時間做。偶然看到這家餐廳有,而且口碑一直不錯,就去試了一下。真的很❗️好❗️喝❗️❗️那杏仁味香之餘不會太濃,調味剛好,讓人喝完想再喝。另外叉燒也很好吃,我叫了半肥瘦叉燒,外層不會像其他地方那樣硬硬的,整塊叉燒看起來肥肉不多,但吃下去很嫩,一點都不柴,差點就想單獨再叫一碟了。它的咖哩也很不錯,用薯角和牛筋腩來煮,牛筋已經很軟嫩,薯角吸收了充滿椰香味的咖哩汁,吃起來很滿足😍🤤
