幾油下,好有咬口,真係粒粒墨魚,食落去係比較彈牙,唔會好鹹,淨係食到墨魚嘅香味,配咗個雞醬都OK。

好食嘅,不過有啲貴,三碟就已經五百幾蚊,絕對係貴過平時食嘅大排檔,不過難得嚟一次大澳就冇所謂啦😂

在大澳吃飯,可選擇的茶餐廳是一目了然的,看餐廳內客人多不多便知道。就算位置很好,位於搶眼位置,客人都可以很少,這家茶餐廳內就充滿了本地人,仿似是聚會或甚麼慶祝會的。當然成為了我們選擇目標。他上菜是慢了,但服務態度很好,居然把事情挌了。菜式炸尤魚,尤魚固然新鮮,炸出來又鮮嫩,彈牙,甚至脆口,香氣撲鼻,十分美味。炸豆腐也有同樣的效果。非常贊。他的小炒加入了多種當地的魚乾海味,再配合蝦醬炒出,海鮮野味炒作,只有這菜可感受到。

大澳是現存比較活化的本地漁村,別的村落都沒了,年輕的走出外工作,移民,留下年老的。而今時今日的大澳卻在活化後吸引很多的遊客和香港人來遊玩。這次行山到此要大吃大喝一番當地村民的好手藝。這家茶餐廳,進門便看到大伙本地人,炒菜肯定差不了!咕嚕蝦的蝦是在漁村的新鮮中蝦,份量很多,蝦很大一只,味道鮮美、爽口,炒的鑊氣十足。那个尋常的魚香茄子,咸魚不能不聯想到海邊鮮曬的鮮味,真太香了。小炒的蝦乾、魚乾再配合搭上本地蝦醬,添加品腰果,實在鮮咸且濃香。

生炒骨或者京都骨可算是餓鳥必點的大排檔小炒,平時外面的都是用蕃茄醬,而這裡是用上少見的紫背天葵,果斷閉眼點了😂每粒外香脆內軟不肥的排骨裹滿了酸酸甜甜的濃稠醬汁,開胃得來又巨下飯🥰而且炒得夠乾身,炸粉亦不會很厚,脆度0️⃣受影響,簡直吃不停口🤪

🔹《西蘭花炒帶子》
吃那麼多重味道的,當然要點一個菜來清一清😏西蘭花爽脆嫩綠,帶子香軟入味,還配有一些菇和韭黃等配菜,味道更鮮又有營養🥴

趁平日放假,入大澳輕鬆逛,無乜人周圍行好舒服,仲可以慢慢影靚景相🏞️📸平時入嚟都去Cafe,今次想搵間餐廳試下食小菜招牌香煎墨魚餅$138岩岩炸起熱辣辣,一上枱仲聞到陣香味,正!食落咬口幾煙韌,餅入面係墨魚都要唗多幾啖再吞,如果食慣淋野可能覺得幾實肉我個人食慣住家彈牙墨魚餅,呢個口味唔岩我,不過其他朋友覺得OK,所以各人口味唔同,按自己中意啦~鮮菌紅燒豆腐 $95豆腐都有幾多,下面有菜心墊底,份量幾多。估唔到豆腐入面好滑嫩,個味又無過咸,岩岩好,仲扒多兩啖飯,好食!招牌蝦膏豬肉炒飯 $88上台已經聞到好香蝦膏味,豬肉係粒粒上,炒得都算粒粒分明,未算好乾身,但都係合格,都係好味

前排天氣好好就襯weekend入大澳行下,見呢間餐廳好多人食,一於入去試下。🐷咸鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯 $178呢間鋪既4大名菜之一,份量十足,有魚乾,蝦乾,豬肉,蝦膏,魷魚等等,撈勻食乾海味好香咸鮮味,但略嫌蝦膏落得重手左,所以有d咸。🐷香煎墨魚餅 $138呢個係另一道4大名菜,有8大舊。外層煎到金黃色,一咬落去食到粒粒墨魚肉,好彈牙唔會話食到好多粉。食幾舊都唔會話好油膩,必食👍🏻不過要注意,呢度比較殘舊,所以衛生情況一般。不過要讚既係呢度既員工都好友善健談。
