事隔一年聖誕假入大澳,人來人往有節日氣氛,再食佢哋四個招牌菜,(龍仔飯),鹹香味十足,(炭火燒鵝),碰啱佢新鮮出爐,熱辣辣炭燻味十足,正,(椒鹽豆腐),外脆內滑,自己帶咗幾樣海鮮加工,感覺都在水準之上,很滿意,雖然沒有豪華裝修,大排檔風格,但很有親切咁,夥計都很禮貌.回味剛看過之前兩篇食評,感覺和他們說不一樣,尊重每個人都有不同的口味和感覺,這純粹個人立場,食飽飯後,再周圍遊覽,坐觀光艇睇白海豚,行一行虎山,大滿足,下次一定再嚟。

放假諗住去大澳行一行,周圍都係美食,結果盲舂舂入咗呢間橫水道,結果非常之後悔。入到去坐低,見到啲餐具同枱面油淋淋,已經唔開胃。唯有用自己嘅濕紙巾去抹乾淨佢。點餸時職員冇禮貌,呼呼喝喝。最後點了兩個餸,一個係魚湯雜菜煲,另一個係小炒王。個雜菜煲一放低已經唔對路, 腥到冇朋友,咁大個女未食過一個咁腥嘅雜菜煲。唯有叫職員拎啲胡椒粉來辟腥。問咗三個人,個個都話幫緊你幫緊你,到第三個先拎到俾我哋。諗住叫個白飯,又係叫咗三個職員,結果係冇拎到過嚟。佢嗰日係平日,已經冇乜客,冇Service之餘啲食物又難食,仲夠膽死收+1。結果兩個人買單差唔多$300。強烈建議大家千祈唔好嚟呢一間食嘢,除非你錢多或者想受氣除外

枱櫈和餐具都很乾淨,不過旁邊就是收集用過碗碟的位置,所以有些烏蠅周圍飛,吃飯時有幾次差點飛到餸菜。所以衛生方面真的要多加注意。

第一次黎大澳,之前已經做左功課話呢間既燒鵝好食,但我地同行有兩隻狗狗,本身都預咗唔入得就唯有外賣係出面吹風食。點知員工得知我地有狗狗,重好熱情安排左我地坐一個船位,而且佢地既燒鵝真係無令我地失望,其他小菜都唔錯。我地一家都好鐘意食燒鵝,平時成日都會食,但真心覺得佢燒鵝口感好正,炭燒味真係出面食唔到,雖然我地正值減肥,但都覺得食呢個燒鵝都係值得,哈哈,如果黎大澳既朋友真係可以去一試!平時我真係無寫食評既經驗,但今次體驗好好,忍唔住上黎讚一讚佢地👍🏻

呢間餐廳分有兩個地方比人坐,一邊就係水邊嘅室內冷氣位,另一邊就係一條小街之隔,3層高左右嘅樓層。我地慢左步就冇得坐水邊嘅位,樓層嘅位比較殘舊,講環境一定係差啲。但所幸嘅係嘢食搭救,而且店員好熱情,會主動同客人傾計,亦好樂意幫你換水換碟👍

下午三點去呢間食,當時唔算好多人,都仲有好多枱,所以即刻坐低就叫餸,叫完5分鐘內已經好快出餸,但係啲食物一上枱已經唔夠熱,好似一早整定,有人叫就叮番熱果種,完全冇鑊氣,炒蜆同其他炸蝦、炸墨魚近乎擺凍左既常溫狀態,今日都有廿幾度,佢一拎黎已經即刻食,正常入口都會熱辣辣,唔知放左幾耐咁。擺凍左既炒蜆同食物,大家都想像到有幾難食。燒鵝又唔靚,無乜肉,淨係食皮食骨咁,成碟肥油。唯一個籠仔飯係熱既,入得口,味道都算ok,所以最多人叫。呢間真係數一數二難食,5個人埋單千一,但咁難食就真係唔抵,真係出去食大魚蛋仲好味。
