早前放大假第一次到訪去大澳,行完山攰攰地就搵咗一間餐廳抖吓同食野。由於我地入庭時間比較早,當時只有我地一枱客,店舖仲有好可愛嘅貓貓,應該係屬於店內嘅貓,同佢玩吓就開始食飯。各位貓奴可以去偶遇吓,佢會好主動嗲人同鍾意俾人拍屁屁。咸鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯 $178籠仔飯基本上係人人必點菜式,皆因噱頭特別。一籠足夠2-3人享用,底層以荷葉盛載,如大山一般嘅飯混合蝦乾、魚柳、魷魚、白飯魚、蝦醬等食材。口感係幾豐富,但無咩荷葉香,味道上亦唔算特別出色。香煎墨魚餅 $138墨魚餅亦係店舖人氣之選。雪白嘅墨魚餅外層煎得薄脆,咬落彈牙,稍嫌略油。

同朋友入大澳欣賞花燈節,留在大澳吃晚飯,沒有太多選擇下,揀了這間。我們四人叫了香煎墨魚餅丶椒鹽脆皮豆腐、勝瓜丶椒鹽魷魚丶咸鮮蝦乾荷葉龍仔飯,除了椒鹽魷魚,硬到不得了,其他都算可以,不過可能人多,服務就有待改善,落單都落錯,有幾枱客人等到發脾氣,飯店地方都叫做可以,枱與枱之間有一定距離。總括來講,未去過,可以一試。

這家小店是無意中找到的,坐下來姨姨門邊熱烈地介紹。雖然我們兩個人,但也叫了三個菜,炸墨魚餅,籠仔飯以及蝦醬炒通菜。墨魚餅咬下去彈牙,有墨魚的線香,再點像酸辣醬一起吃,很不錯呢。蝦醬是大澳的特產,有特殊的香味,背着通菜一起炒,很惹味。這裏炒菜很有鑊氣,整體不錯。最好味的是籠仔飯,裏面有魚竿、蝦乾、小魷魚、愉快、再加埋蝦醬的鮮味10分好吃,是別的地方不能吃到的。若下次再來,我還要試試其他風味小菜,相信也不錯。

因疫情的關係,我們並不能離港旅行。可是正因為這樣,我們才能認識多一點屬於我們的香港👍🏻早前的中秋假期,到了大澳半天游☺️除了遊覽當地,體驗一下當地水鄉的文化,還順道慶祝節日及品嘗當地食物🤤是一個難忘的回憶👍🏻🤩-這間餐廳是一間中菜館,與外面餐廳的不同地方是有些菜式只能在這裏找到,例如今次品嘗的咸鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯,或漁家蒸四寶,都是這裏的獨有菜式🤤今次來到,當然要試下啦😋-1️⃣咸鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯 $178這個籠仔飯的配料有白飯魚乾、蝦乾、魷魚乾、豬頸肉、魚塊和蔥粒,非常豐富🤩將黑色的「鹹香蝦醬」和飯及配料撈勻,除了提升整個飯的鮮味度之外🤤也提升了香味,連遠在外面經過的遊客也會探頭來看過究竟😂-2️⃣招牌香煎墨魚餅 $138墨魚餅是即叫即炸,新鮮熱辣👍🏻外型凹凸不平,因為凸出來的地方是原粒墨魚肉,食落更彈牙美味😋

復活節假期節目豐富,風和日麗,天氣晴朗,就梗係出外走走。 一家人到大澳行吓,原來都有差唔多兩年冇嚟過大澳。我們點了4個菜式,蒸肉餅,椒鹽脆皮豆腐、脆炸蝦醬豬腩肉、鹹鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯 椒鹽脆皮豆腐$95新鮮炸出嚟當然係最好食, 味道唔太鹹,豆腐又嫩滑。叫咗兩碟都好快清晒脆炸蝦醬豬腩肉$108 豬腩肉肥瘦適中,蝦醬好香,脆漿均勻,食唔停口,可以送一碗白飯鹹鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯 $178 對得住呢個價錢,用料十足,非常多蝦乾及魚仔乾,所有食物都清光。下次再入大澳再黎食

2021年3月20日天朗氣清,行山去。由東涌去大澳,當然小不了找好吃的。可惜東方小衹園及蓮香都沒有營業,那只有試一試那新開的“橫水渡”。普坐下,服務員自豪地介紹她們的“四大名菜”,抱著既來之則安之的心態,就試試吧。喜愛吃燒鹅的朋友,大家都知道灣仔“金牌”是城中最佳選擇,眼看她介紹的炭燒燒鵝價錢跟“金牌”一樣,那真的要看看你是有沒有這個質素了?端上來是第一碟點的生炒排骨,朋友很喜歡吃這味菜,已到了專家的層次,這間食店的生炒排骨的水準是有排位,但可惜系由尾排上去,已很久未吃過這樣不濟的生炒排骨,排骨沒有肉不說了,排骨似只有炸粉也不說了,最離譜就是一邊吃一邊有類似碎骨的炸粉吐出來,我的媽,你攪什麼東東?再上招牌燒鵝,以為好似我們行山,比太陽曬到好似黑炭,賣相很一般,口感有點硬及乾,老實說,這個所謂名菜未達應有水準。心想今次試新食店又中伏了。我個人很理解客人對服務員待客的要求,但畢竟鄉郊地區,不能與外邊城市的標準比較,只要不太過份,就是了,我會把焦點放在食物味道及質素。今次在大澳吃的晚飯質素,是不合格的
