周六約會日,全日的行程滿滿,重點是吃的超多呀!去完令人失望透頂的宮奇俊展覽後,穿越千山萬水到了合發吃雞粥牛腩,簡直是最必勝的組合呀,耶~胡椒湯牛腩煲正正子,白胡椒湯微辛惹味,岩哂不太能吃辣又心思思的為食妹,牛肉入味又煲得林散,一口咬下陣陣牛肉味配合胡椒湯即時共鼻, 人間美味呀!馳名雞粥廣東人最愛把粥煲得綿綿密密,這家一直都是心水之選,當然比家常母親落足心機煲的靚粥略輸一籌啦哈哈哈,但味道口感都是無庸置疑之好!

雞粥,混入了雞肉入去返滾,雞肉雞油的香味,充美地與綿綿的白粥混合,令到入口的每一啖粥,都充滿了雞肉的香味。而粥內的雞件,外層有香滑的粥沾面,令本身已經香滑的雞肉變得更香滑。晚上食了這夜粥,絕對是精神爽利。

跟女朋友仔完成了踩單車到馬鞍山的壯舉後已經晚上了,又是找東西吃的時間啦.大圍有很多像大排檔式的店子呢,便找這一間好好試一下吧.一來到便發現滿座了呢.待應哥哥很快的說門外有位.不是吧?真的耶,很快他便在門外開了一張檯給我們啦,但店門外是馬路呢,而且剛好是晚市時間車來車往,廢氣很多;而且四圍也有吸煙人仕,很影響用餐心情啦.=3=只好快快吃完快點離開吧.我點了魚香茄子煲,沙拉骨及椒鹽鮮魷.想不到最快上桌的竟然是魚香茄子煲呢,很餓啦快點吃吧.吃了幾口才記得要拍照太失策啦.味道也不錯,有鹹香,茄子結實有咬口,但肉粒偏少耶不夠送飯,但這只是小問題吧.轉過頭沙拉骨也來了,呵呵.沙拉骨的豬扒不夠入味啦,沙律醬只是黏在豬扒表面而已,豬扒炸過吃不出什麼肉味,希望不是為了方便儲存而弓早炸好的吧,當成是送飯小菜就好,不要太計較啦.=v=最後上桌的便是最期待的椒鹽鮮魷啦.這個是三道小菜中最好吃的呢.不用醮調味料,椒鹽味已經吃出來啦.魷魚也鮮味,小朋友也會喜歡吃呢.唯一問題是:我這一碟的魷魚鬚去了那裡了?店家留來炒西蘭花了嗎?這樣不誠實耶,要大扣分才行啦.結帳才200左右而已,不算貴啦.在門口才看見原來這店是賣雞

mix-veg. had too much sauce look like soup-style with the mild taste of "Nam-yu" (a kind of ingredient in deep-pink colour ,which is a kind popular sauce use in chinese hot-pot dishes) it really look like a soup at the bottom (time fly = but it seems cook un- properly !) various types of veg.taste naturally & cheer us inside the hotpot & we didn't expect starch or rice at last !

from Jordan to complete our dinner at last when most of the customers gone around 9:35pm ! (i.e but we can see crowdy-customers outside the restaurant on the road-side tables)
Other Info. : ~ good service though we change our mind to cancelled stirred fried eggs with spinach since I remember that is a kind of chemical-reaction between tofu with this kind of veg.! ~ we share our bring-in dessert without any complain :) (taste yummy!) ~ it's a familar place to certain foods-lover, since not easily for have a table for 2, we share with 2 ladies at last ! ~ customers start their winter item : black-sheep with dried bean-curd in hotpot style!

  江宗華手持沙拉骨,嘴角留有沙拉醬,慈祥地說:「故此你們要珍惜現在的一切,得來不易。」陳大關緊張地答:「大哥,你要指點一下各兄弟的迷津啦!」宗華答:「放心,絕不是作奸犯科,只是感恩圖報。將來有一個聚會,大家有時間便出席罷。」鄒明、陳大關、小黎、莫漢、譚棠的眼神互相交流,面露忐忑,宗華見狀後說:「我必會關顧同窗們,看看這個表吧。」大家一看後便恍然大悟,鄒明便問:「為甚麼二佰人仔旁有(呼叫口號)、美旁有(捶胸頓足)、歐旁有(自創標語)、英旁有(跪地痛哭)呢?」宗華苦口婆心地說:「當然我會顧及你們,那是交通與膳食費。至於括號內的是劇情需要,多努多得吧!機會不是常有,只要你於下方簽名,我即付,我相信你們是君子,難道你們會缺席嗎?」

Thxdtsdd 及太太在今年復活節沒有出埠, 只是留港休息. 我們在03-04-2010(六)去了大圍食雞粥, 以前都黎過合發食雞粥, 覺得幾好食, 今次再來吃雞粥囉! 我們7:00pm來到合發, 客人不多, 約60%滿, 因為店內只有大檯, 我們坐在街上的檯, 好彩附近的客人都沒有吸煙. 我們點了:1.雞粥兩碗($22一碗), 粥底都幾鮮, 但比較稀, 仲有幾塊雞, 雞肉都幾滑, 不過雞味略淡2.豉椒炒蜆, 豉椒味道很濃, 不過蜆肉好細隻, 味道也不算鮮美, 是最差的一道菜3.馬拉盞炒通菜, 大大碟好抵食, 又炒得香口, 好食4.火腩炆鱔片煲, 鱔片及火腩都煮得很入味, 鱔片幾爽口, 火腩數量很少, 味道也可以, 最抵讚的是”墊底”的大白菜好甜, 好好食!我們還喝了一罐可樂, 埋單共$195, 價錢ok, 幾道菜除了炒蜆外都幾好食, 整體食物不錯.照片可參考:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/thxdtsdd/article?mid=3706

1.雞粥兩碗($22一碗), 粥底都幾鮮, 但比較稀, 仲有幾塊雞, 雞肉都幾滑, 不過雞味略淡
2.豉椒炒蜆, 豉椒味道很濃, 不過蜆肉好細隻, 味道也不算鮮美, 是最差的一道菜

3.馬拉盞炒通菜, 大大碟好抵食, 又炒得香口, 好食
4.火腩炆鱔片煲, 鱔片及火腩都煮得很入味, 鱔片幾爽口, 火腩數量很少, 味道也可以, 最抵讚的是”墊底”的大白菜好甜, 好好食!


我們還喝了一罐可樂, 埋單共$195, 價錢ok, 幾道菜除了炒蜆外都幾好食, 整體食物不錯.

周日又係搵食時,左諗右諗在沙田真係無野好食,於是去大圍行下﹗強記後面就係呢間合發雞粥,見人夠多應唔會差得去邊就試一試﹗先來雞粥,粥底夠綿,味道適中有雞味,叫一碗$20的都有好多雞肉,之前食過幾間0的雞粥既所謂雞肉全部都係頭頭尾尾無肉食,合發出品的肉多過骨,我同食家也很滿意。之後係南乳雜菜煲,呢排xmas又新年日日大魚大肉,都係時候清清腸胃,0的菜多到滿濕,有西洋菜、西蘭花、白菜、生菜、滿滿的,南乳味道恰到好處不會過鹹,清清的好好食,我地兩個成煲食哂﹗最後來的是沙律芝麻蝦,一碟有成十幾隻,中蝦大隻爽口,用炸粉先炸起再撈沙律汁及芝麻,香脆可口,惹味醒胃,很不錯的餸菜,不過由於兩個人食成碟就膩左一點,四人可叫share會更佳﹗連埋哈爾賓beer一支埋單百二蚊,抵食家庭小菜,仲見到佢有乳鴒,下次可以試下﹗

但已經食到好飽^^
