2019年2月22日因為晏收工。所以朋友就我黎大埔食。佢地等到成個中先有得入去。仲要愈來愈多野開始冇。本身對佢呢間野都冇乜期望。因為佢人太多。野又開始冇。佢有位前會叫落左單先。呢個都幾好。起碼唔會諗諗下比人叫左。我地坐低左之後無耐,啲人開始唔等。可能因為餐牌開始冇野食。我地叫五個餐。兩個牛扒。一個豬仔骨。兩個鴨胸。一坐低就黎餐湯。一黎就係驚⋯嚇。可能因為我唔識野啦。但我個人覺得,明明係西湯樣。但中湯味。真係好怪跟住對佢就冇曬期望。只要唔差就算。兩個鴨胸一到。好有驚喜!一切係有汁出黎。唔會係好干個啲。加上味道好好。又夠份糧。真係好吸引!可能係我食過啲好軟身既豬仔骨。當其他豬仔骨一好硬好有香口膠既感覺,我就覺得差。所以我唔推薦。牛扒。食到好多鬆肉粉既味。 麻麻地。但價錢同份量補救!加上佢個意粉好有驚喜。唔知佢午餐有冇呢個意粉叫。佢個味道好好。

作為大埔街坊,見次次行過都有咁多人排隊,終於有機會試試,5:10已經有約20人排隊,5:30pm才可入座,排了20min終於可以入場,一落order,立即話要等45min😨,食個飯要攪咁耐😓,飱湯送完即止的,好彩今天我有份,是南瓜濃湯(但沒有飱包),有很香的南瓜🎃味,更好彩的是20min後,第一個餐到,黑毛豬,大大份,熱辣辣,有肉汁,是正的,但跟著的龍蝦(等了30min)及石蠔北寄貝(等了55min),不吃也吧⋯⋯龍蝦是乾巴巴的欠了鮮甜味,石蠔則被太厚的芝士蓋過了蠔味,所以總結是高檔的飱牌,九流的招待,茶記的環境,值不值得,大家自己決定吧⋯⋯

午餐時段來到"昌運中心"看見一間餐廳的門外人頭湧湧,熱鬧非常,我的第六感告訴我,此"魚"定非"池中物",一於一試究竟…小店本來座位已經不多,午市來用餐的人流,用全院滿座來形容並不過份,簡單的拿了號碼票,一轉眼已是二十分鐘,終於可以入座了,本來打算點選的牛扒飯,原來早已售罄,最後點選了"蜜糖芥末炭燒原隻鴨胸意粉"。不消一會,"鴨胸意"送到餐桌上,賣相十分吸引,紅紅綠綠的伴碟,叫人垂涎三尺,當然是先吃一口鴨胸,充滿煙燻的香味,鴨胸嫩滑,沾上蜜糖芥末醬汁,甜甜辣辣,味道層次即時提升,刺激食慾,由於鴨胸是原隻奉上,連皮一起吃,竟然也肥而不膩,甚是驚喜。意粉是選用扁幼款式,經過蒜粒丶胡椒及忌廉汁炒香而成,所以味道帶有蒜香及淡淡的白汁香味,簡單的味道變得不平凡。另外,值得一提的事,從其他食客口中得知,原來每天的午市還有特式餐湯供應,送完即止,這樣看來,改天我需要再次光顧,品嚐未嚐的餐湯及牛扒了。蜜糖芥未炭燒原隻鴨胸飯$50 ,(改選了意粉)加$8,凍飲加$3。

意粉是選用扁幼款式,經過蒜粒丶胡椒及忌廉汁炒香而成,所以味道帶有蒜香及淡淡的白汁香味,簡單的味道變得不平凡。

另外,值得一提的事,從其他食客口中得知,原來每天的午市還有特式餐湯供應,送完即止,這樣看來,改天我需要再次光顧,品嚐未嚐的餐湯及牛扒了。

孤陋寡聞的我一直都唔知道有呢一間西餐廳,突然有日朋友同我分享,原來呢間餐廳嘅大廚係曾經在酒店工作過嘅,而且呢間餐廳的食物全部都係即叫即煮,所以今日就即刻嚟試一試佢嘅水準如何啦!佢個湯居然係新鮮打出嚟嘅蔬菜湯,唔係普通罐頭沖嘅雜菜湯,令人有好Fresh嘅感覺。我地叫咗一個香酥南瓜配南瓜意粉,佢個意粉真係好傑出。南瓜肉同南瓜汁充滿着每一啖嘅意粉,好creamy但係絕對唔會令你覺得「流」,而香酥南瓜都係外脆內軟熟、好香南瓜味,食完會令你異常滿足,絕對適合素食朋友仔! 另外,當然叫咗佢出名好抵食嘅西冷牛扒飯,咁係可以加8$轉意粉或者薯菜嘅,係咪覺得好貴呢?因為佢個意粉原來係炒白汁意粉或者係番茄意粉,並唔係普通嘅烚意粉。但我今次就先試左佢個飯,個扒居然係有兩塊,性價比超高。雖然無問你要幾成熟,但佢絕對唔會好硬身/好生,係嫩口,有口感的!午餐時段呢個餐仲要配埋餐飲,只需要50-$60,真係非常之物超所值。
