第一次試,已充滿驚喜,而且價錢相宜。我家雖然是同區著名潮州菜館的常客,但老爸總覺得菜式味道遷就了香港人口味,吃不到真潮州風味。這裏放眼望去幾枱都是熟客,也有不少人說潮州話,如果想找家鄉味的話,這裏是不錯選擇!😊

耐唔耐就會想食蠔餅,隨便睇吓外賣平台外賣自取有邊間潮州菜喺附近。呢間德利之前係未食過嘅,好自然又上嚟OpenRice睇吓啲食評啦,評語好似麻麻哋咁,不過我費事再搵啦,咁又照試吓啦。點左一個蠔餅再加胡椒豬肚湯,大約15分鐘就有得攞。我早咗少少去,期間見到都唔少人攞外賣。職員見到我好有禮貌咁問我叫咗啲乜嘢,要稍等一陣間,之後啲嘢食有得攞,佢哋都好有禮貌喎。返到屋企先至發現原來每個小菜係跟一個白飯嘅,所以我呢個order有兩大碗白飯,我食唔晒,下次要記得叫佢走白飯 😅。兩個餸都幾好食,一般潮州菜應有嘅水準,份量亦都好足,蠔餅啖啖都有蠔肉,至於胡椒豬肚湯亦好足料,唔止有豬肚仲有粉腸,味道都ok, 係略略鹹咗少少🤏外賣平台自取有八折,折咗之後$122,其實好抵食,因為其他潮州菜館淨係個蠔餅都要$80-$90,佢仲要送個飯喎…都應該可以話大件夾抵食。

從前西環很多人居住,潮州酒家亦特別的多,最出名要算是再興了。今次試了中聯辦旁的小店德利,幸好只是買外賣,應該沒有遇到不用檢測肺炎,但又中招的特別人士。點了潮州粥、滷水拼盤、椒鹽鮮魷。潮州粥非常足料,所以味道非常好。滷水拼盤中規中矩,但是沒有了滷水豆腐在底,有點奇怪。腩肉太多,但叫得拼盤,就是無得選擇吧。椒鹽鮮魷應該是最差一味,雖然叫外賣,但只是一街之隔,卻已經變「林」。而且炸少太厚,真正的魷魚卻很細小。

always ask what fish they have. My go to would be “Ma Yau” but they may not always have cus... it’s just that good every one wants it always sold out... so tender and delicious. But if they don’t have, “Woo Tau” or just any fish is good. They open it up so practically no need to worry about bones. This cold fish is extremely delicious and usually have 3 sauces you can dip in. Just so damn good.

Goose slices, if you like goose, you will love the Chiu chow way of preparing goose. That flavour of goose and sauce gets soaked up by the tofu underneath and ya... damn good. Sometimes we may order two portions of this bad boy.

this is just a personal preference, not too mainstream but I personally really like it. Asked the staff any special recommendation and they recommended this. All handmade, unlike the typical balls u get in park n shop or noodle shops. These balls r particularly flavourful and the soup tastes very good as well.

鹵水雜拼盤(小)$130
味道還算可以的,但是小腸感覺洗得不夠乾淨,很苦。豬耳朵很脆,好吃。豬舌頭如果可以再軟一點就更好了,紅腸味道正常,裡面的肉有點柴,底下鋪了層芽菜。

前幾日過西環陪女朋友食飯但又唔知食乜好,行吓行吓見到有間位於電車路嘅潮州打冷舖,咁啱我女朋友又話想食吓打冷,於是就入咗去試吓,入到去坐低睇吓餐單後就點咗幾樣地道潮食,其中有味菜叫燻鴨,我真係食完覺得好好食,老闆話只有佢哋哩度先食到,真心覺得好味。另外叫咗條大眼雞魚,點吓豆醬嚟食真係好鬼鮮甜,老闆話馬由魚更加好食,不過等下一次先再來試,最後叫咗樣甜品反沙芋,因為話即叫即做所以都等咗好耐先食到,不過我覺得又真係幾值得等吓嘅,可能我個人喜歡食甜嘢所以覺得好啱我口味,最後女朋友仲叫多份燻鴨外賣返屋企,本人覺得哩間潮州打冷下次絕對值得再來幫襯,大家不妨試試
