To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從譚仔出咗可以轉菜底之後我都鍾意呢個選擇,但係唔係成日,今次食完覺得非常唔抵,唔知係分辨問題定係不嬲都係咁蝕底!加$3轉菜底菜嘅份量都係得途中咁多,就好似本身某單有嘅兩三條生菜走米線都減一蚊啦!而家仲要加$3冇咗米線,又冇多咗菜食到好傷心…豬潤份量同賣相就OK嘅,嗌一個餸嘅話嗰樣餸會正常嚟講足少少🤏蕃茄湯10小辣,阿爸試咗龍蝦丸完全麻麻哋,不過佢唔識亂咁嗌,三餸加到碗嘢40幾蚊,但係啲餸嘅份量唔覺得多咗 此乃合理 不嬲都係會多款,但係份量減per 餸然後下午茶餐試咗一個,最抵係呢個,根本份量唔會差好遠想食菜嘅話,食青瓜仲好! by the way口水汁好味過麻辣汁

譚仔三哥打住充滿日本風味旗號嘅三哥黑蒜油味噌湯米線,等我去實測一下。湯底係十分濃郁嘅味噌,加入左黑蒜油,但黑蒜嘅味道唔算太突出,而且整個湯底食到後期偏鹹😢。湯底配料亦好豐富同破格👍🏻,用娃娃菜、金菇、紅椒圈同京蔥花代替一般米線嘅芽菜、腐皮同韭菜,帶黎新鮮感。仲有幾塊軟嫩、肥瘦適中嘅豬腩卷🐷同流心溏心蛋🥚,不過溏心蛋有啲酸味,懷疑係用左醋醃製。小食方面就唔洗多講,招牌嘅土匪雞翼好耐無食,味道依然😋。呢款新出嘅新口味米線,雖然好似無咩驚喜,味道個人覺得偏鹹。不過味噌湯配米線又真係第一次食,都值得試🤓。

三哥酸菜脆鯛魚米線(特辣再加辣):品嚐了最新期間限定的三哥酸菜脆鯛魚米線,我點了特辣再加辣,因為我個人很喜歡吃辣。這款米線搭配了魚片頭、新鮮冬菇和炸醬,口感上酸辣平衡得相當不錯。脆鯛魚的份量雖然有些少,但口感依然出色。我認為炸醬是三哥的靈魂所在,作為配料份量很足,大碗的炸醬是我品嚐米線時的必選之一。尖椒皮蛋:這道菜使用了整顆皮蛋,搭配尖椒,增加了開胃和刺激的感覺。皮蛋和尖椒的完美結合,充分展現了皮蛋的香氣和口感。重慶口水汁豬脷:豬脷肉質厚實,薄度適中,口感軟熟。這道菜非常適合作為開胃小食,讓人胃口大開。香烤火辣辣豬柳(3小辣):這道菜的份量約有4-5片豬柳,每片都入味十足,將辣味與肉質的鮮美完美地融合在一起。嚐過一片後,你會忍不住想繼續品嚐下一片。

見到最近譚仔出左新野,就係黑白⚫️⚪️辛椒式「煳椒肉骨湯米線」($47)(其實本身無乜為意,但係佢之前個廣告咁誇張搞到我有印象🤣🤣🤣🤣),今日lunch 就去試下啦個湯個味道都ok,雖然唔夠傳統果D麻辣咁辣,但係都算惹味,而每一碗就有啲白木耳同大大粒獨子蒜,我地食既時候仲研究果粒野係咩黎🤪🤪🤪隨餐仲有跟黑胡椒豬扒加埋幾舊油炸鬼,成個感覺都幾特別既。整體黎講,可以一試,但係我覺得價錢有D貴。

Lunch時間,諗唔到食乜嘢好,俾同事決定,做一次鴨仔😂。由於太耐冇食坦仔山歌個芝玉物演打算會一會佢,之但係原來出咗沙沙湯(我上一次食已經係剛剛出胡辣😅),一見新嘢當然要試,食落都ok, 我比較like胡辣😆
