To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食呢間三哥，下午3點半見無咩人就入黎試下，唔會再黎食！1. 上菜時間慢。由我落單到食物上齊需時20分鐘，但鋪頭人不多。2. 廚房出錯嘢 & 員工落錯單。隔離臺叫嘅魚蛋漏左上。而我order嘅奶茶少甜少冰，送到黎甜度和冰都無減少！3. 員工態度怠慢。舉手好多次叫落單，收銀嘅阿姐叫另一位女侍應，嗰位侍應又叫另一位落，推黎推去。我對面臺個男客叫佐幾次落單無人應，頂唔順走佐。想講，就算係下午時段，都唔代表可以hea做。成班女人圍係廚房出菜口嗰邊唔知做乜，好嘈。客人要落嘢，你就聽唔到。好心你改善下員工質素喇！！！
