以前經開大坑都有留意到呢間印度餐廳,裝潢好有特色。咁啱朋友想食印度嘢就訂咗位試下。雖然望落細細兜但好夠食,本身同店員了解以為塊naan好似普通碟咁大塊,所以叫咗兩份,嚟到真係嚇左一大跳🤣不過同其他食物好夾所以好快食晒。間餐廳細細間,坐得好舒服,好啱同朋友坐低傾下計,店員見其中一個朋友唔係好食得辣都問咗我地幾次想要咩辣度,上sauce都特別提其中一個sauce好辣,好友善同細心👍🏽喜歡印度食物可以一試!

第一次來大坑食嘢,選了間印度餐廳,外面裝修已經很有印度風情,食物都很正宗,今次食左奶油咖哩雞,番茄味重D,不怎麼辣,還有咖喱魚,未到比較正宗印度咖哩風味,而且比較辣,但都好好味😋還試了個印度出名特飲Jaljeera,似陳皮味重的鹹柑桔水,個人來說唔錯👍🏻

一個星期六的中午,走進了銅鑼灣鬧市中但又頗幽靜的小區,有些離島的感覺。在銅鑼灣道中華遊樂會對面,有間小小的印度餐廳,外面黃色印度風味装修,原來是有着很不錯的正宗印度菜,有葷有素。我們先點了飲料,檸檬梳打水,加了鹽及少許香香料,味道清新帶些咸味,又有淡淡的香料,未試過這樣喝,真是绝配,值得一試。芝士燴菠菜茸,配薯仔烤餅(naan 常常吃,所以不點)。菠菜煮成茸,加了印度芝士(paneer), 它本身無强烈發酵芝士味,只有些牛奶味,不會溶化,咬落較平日吃的芝士爽口,絕無吃滯的感覺。菠菜醬汁帶着香料味,完全不辣,配合各式薄餅, 一啖接着一啖,好快就吃完,很適合小朋友。還叫了個瑪沙拉鷹嘴豆,用了洋葱薑等及蕃茄香料煮的汁,鹰嘴豆營養豐富,煮得很透,入口即溶,有蕃茄的清新,跟菠菜茸是兩種味道,但同樣配合paratha薄餅一齊食,印度食物就是這樣,混合起來一起吃,都一樣好味,好夾。每人有兩片薄餅,軟軟的內含着很入味的薯仔,可配着醬汁芝士或鹰嘴豆,單獨吃都好正。食了大約三百元,感覺良好,沒有叫肉類,但食得飽飽,而且完全沒有多油很肥的感覺,相反,覺得健康!跟港式咖哩很不同,加上寧靜的環境,坐得舒服,一切

翻開Naan,絞碎的羊肉顏色有點似印度餐廳常見的肉卷,
那香辣的味道也很接近,但這個羊肉碎還加了我喜歡的芫荽碎呢!  
羊肉跟薄荷荷醬又是絕配。 
被肉汁染紅的Naan,配上青BB的Paneer,一紅一綠,顏色夠搶。
Naan 沾上菠菜咖哩Palak又很和諧。

心知各種咖哩的底料,加上有了羊肉Naan,所以選了素食系列的青BB菠菜咖哩配印度芝士。
這鍋Palak Paneer沒有明顯的薑絲或青辣椒,也看不見明顯的菠菜纖維,但有粒粒原粒香料。
杰撻撻一pat pat,容易咀嚼,我喜歡這口感。
也許因為Keema Naan夠香辣,所以覺得這個Palak Paneer不太辣,
用Naan沾上菠菜咖哩,正! 
最後連鍋裡的PALAK都清光了!

我記得我自己係好唔鐘意叫印度菜因為試過有一次食左d好難既咖哩係腥既,個種感覺真心會好難受但係因為呢個餐廳我見幾多朋友推介,而且回頭率都唔錯算幾高,食既野又有新鮮感,所以決定去試下呢間入到去裝修好華麗光猛、採用左黃色藍色做主調,眼睛得到放鬆的感覺,好有西式文化光采!地理位置舒服,容易搵到店舖。同埋見到呢度既咖哩顏色相當鮮艷,幾有開胃既感覺,特飲都係相有心機!飲品叫左shirley temple!再叫左個主菜咖哩魚甜甜咖哩味道,魚肉食落去一D都唔腥都好滑同爽口,最後叫左個掛係度既薄餅,香脆可口,食完都想再食今次完全改觀左對印度菜的印象!會再番食!!
