🐟tuna ceviche - comes w/ avo edamame beans, rice cracker and sesame/yuzu dressing, classic cured dish

🍔wagyu beef slider - comes in two pcs, one w regular bun and other w/ charcoal bun, juicy beef, can easily go for a second and third order

🥪truffle toast - prosciutto ham topped w/ quail egg on toast, not too salty overall ok - good one bite sammy

🍟polenta fries - defos a memorable dish, bit tasteless so cover them in truffle mayo though truffle fries would probably fly better

這菜式要靠近才發現是腸粉!它完完全全把港式風情發揮到極致,首先腸粉有先煎過,所以特別有咬口而不會全部黏在一起,上面有粒粒龍蝦肉和蟹肉,鮮味非常足夠,龍蝦湯的濃烈味道就像平常的甜醬麻醬般粉飾了腸粉,泡泡非常挺身,綿綿的質感又像咖啡泡沫般,是一道讓你吃飽的菜。

跟GM聊天的時候,他說這是很優秀的和牛但坦白說未必是他的必點,的確這個慢煮和牛切得厚厚的很有口感,同時咬下去很有肉汁又不會難咬,柚子汁令牛肉變得清新,做得很好,不過當其他都很想吃的時候,它的優先度就會被改後了😂

這個飯糰是我的top 3,就算我們拍照拍了這麼久,切開水波蛋依然會有滿滿的流心,濃郁的蛋漿和米飯一起吃兼顧到飯的濕糯感和味道,米飯醃得很均勻,鹹香之中帶甜,有點像串燒的燒飯糰,很香口。

燒酌的味道很醇厚,平時自己在家喝最好,不過這杯dirty版本優化了燒酌,特別放了話梅肉在中間,倒出來的時候咸咸的味道混合了就的清醇,以為會很突兀,反而是很特別,這個鹹味會讓你沉迷這杯酒,不自覺把它喝完。

除了特色cocktail外,這裡還有很多不同類型的清酒選擇,最開心莫過於選酒杯環節,我自己喜歡dry一點的清酒,冰冰的甜甜的,不知道要喝甚麼還可以請教職員呢。
