是日中秋飯局, 一行13人前往。order了一圍菜與數個小菜。說真的,散叫小菜真的不錯:例如杏汁豬肺湯,美極牛柳粒,冰鎮咕嚕肉,這些是不推介,但服務實在有待改善。一個不需要烹調的菜式,班蘭榚甜品。。。我地竟然要等45mins.. 中間不同人催了起碼5-6次。。。過時過節,絕對不宜來此用餐,因為套餐既質素實在好一般,而且說實在不算便宜,興慶有好85折買現金卷,可慳一點。highly not recommended

無論係4人的family day,定係造節的一大圍,我屋企人都會選擇黎呢度食。主要的一大原因係門口就有得泊車,好適合有老人家,有小朋友的朋友,好方便,唔洗行。而且環境都幾好,坐得好舒服,樓底夠高,唔會好噪,都可以傾到計每次最期待就係呢個冰鎮咕嚕肉!真係好特別嘅一個配搭,個啲冰令到本身咕嚕肉嗰啲皮特別脆,又有火龍果夾埋一齊,中和返少少冇咁熱氣。呢個蒜蓉炒菜好香,啲蒜蓉整得好正,我哋全部都食晒今次最有驚喜係呢一個炸牛奶,超好食!佢個面係面包黎,但一d都唔覺油,好爽脆!

同屋企人飲茶一定要去間好味啲嘅,坐得舒服食物又好味。而呢度一定可以滿足到呢兩個願望,稻苗係行會員制,一定要入左會先可以book位。但係即使佢要入會,每個星期日一樣爆哂場。餐廳嘅廚房係Open Kitchen,可以俾食客睇住入面嘅烹煮,幾有特色。而且每一樣點心都唔單止好味,賣相亦係滿分,打卡一流。我地點左腐皮卷、春卷、蝦餃同流沙包,每一樣都色香味俱全。佢嘅價錢係包埋加一後嘅價錢,唔會令各位食客失預算~

然後重頭戲當然是兩隻共重11斤的阿拉斯加長腳蟹,既新鮮又肥美,啖啖肉,吃到停不了手呢!

接下來的傳統菜式,有別於其他稻香酒家分店,這裡都是即時煮成上菜的,所以水準一直保持很好,美中不足是樓面人手不夠,所以每碟菜相隔的上菜時間比較耐,可能也是因為母親節的關係吧!今天座無虛席!

最後還有美味的千層糕和壽包作結,滿足!

近排就過年,我們成班同事衝上上司屋企玩,拜個早年⋯ 上去之前,我們成班人先去附近的稻香酒樓食個Lunch先⋯ 唔講唔知,佢又係個博物館又係酒樓,要有會員卡先可以飲茶架⋯⋯大家可以預先Book定位先去,咁就唔洗等咁耐。呢到一般有的點心都會有,燒賣蝦餃牛肉都有齊。牛肉夠熱,同平時一般酒樓食到的味都差唔多,只係呢到一份有四件,比平時多少少。春卷係用蝦膠打成,炸得唔算太油膩,而且春卷皮夠脆,食得出係即炸,唔係放左好耐。哈,上司請我們食一人一份灌湯餃⋯ 灌湯餃平時都貴,呢份仲加埋黑松露係入面,食落有微微的松露味,味道剛剛好,唔會搶左整體的味。呢個留沙奶黃包一份得兩個,外形好得意。但咬落就有D失望,佢只係軟身的奶黃,應該煮耐左或者個配方差DD⋯⋯炒蘿蔔糕的份量唔算多,入面有D蝦仔炒埋一齊都幾惹味。好少地方有得食黑糖馬拉糕,所以我們都叫多份。個糕蒸得幾鬆軟,不過個黑糖味唔算好出。我們咁多條仔,叫多個飯食先夠。呢個鮑汁飯又幾好食,D飯粒吸滿鮑汁的香味,加埋隻鮑魚就無敵啦~
