前兩天空氣突然又開始轉冷,晚上便與友人吃個火鍋。這裡是單叫的,感覺質素很有保證。酒樓有飲品和甜口自助區,每位收費15元,可是有很多東西吃,甜品有豆腐花、雪糕和乳酪。飲品有汽水、果汁和涼茶等,還挺化算的。思來想去叫了安格斯牛肉加雞煲牛肉色澤鮮美,而且厚度剛剛好。雞煲一打開已經嗅到很香,雞很入味。3個人吃份量剛好。 吃完雞煲,當然就是加湯吃火鍋。菜的選擇不多,叫了小白菜。鳥冬和公仔麵是必吃的。冬瓜是我打火鍋一定要點,吸了湯汁很好吃。這個腐竹是酒樓自己炸起的,一上桌還有少許熱氣。魚蛋彈牙,豆腐很嫰滑。結帳時發現真不便宜,不過真的很好吃。

呢問酒樓d員工服務態度衰到冇朋友,本來開開心心食到一肚氣。話說約了朋友今天去美孚稻坊打邊爐,剛剛九點特價時段,點了食物最後等了很久問吓d伙計幫我們追單,但個個扮看不到,最後截到一個問但佢竟然黑面話未到咪冇囉!咁即係點呀??後來隔了一會,追問另外一個望着我們但竟冇反應就走開了,最後食物9:50才陸續到來但又立即話截單了,咁如果漏了單咪唔洗至意再叫呢!連部長都冇笑容扮聾扮啞,咁又點會有服務呢?完全可以入黑名單了👎👎👎………………

The pineapple bun with BBQ pork within 菠蘿叉燒包 was fair. Not at all stingy with the ingredients as reflected in the beancurd roll 腐皮卷and Siu Mai 燒賣 both being extremely filling. The mini rice dumpling 珍珠雞 was satisfactory with very soft rice. The dessert I chose was almond tea - and that was not the paste one got by adding hot water to powdered preparations, which was good enough. 
This sumptuous meal only cost $130 per head, which was really very good value for money. One should choose more traditional dim sums as the eatery seemed to do better with these.

從新裝修後的稻坊,店子有點西式化,裝潢、枱椅、燈飾等我也喜歡,但吃中餐,西式裝潢有點怪怪感覺。是晚還是選擇了火鍋。食物選擇小,特別是肉類,而且價錢並不便宜,每碟的碟大大,但食物相對的小,當然全不新鮮。美國肥牛並不肥,本地牛肉入口就知道加了很多鬆肉粉,返而值得一讚是新鮮海蝦吧,上枱有一半的海蝦還是活生生的。而自助吧的飲品轉了罐裝,還有杯裝雪糕供應,雖然款式不多,但總比以前進步了。

舅仔好鍾意叉燒包,當然點一籠俾佢啦。不過,漏咗單,追完又追,最遲嚟就喺籠包,認真慌失失。而個包包身確喺幾鬆軟,叉燒餡亦唔少,調味不俗,最緊要上到枱時熱辣辣,中式包點咁先好食。

相信大家通常都會在甜品店吃木糠布甸的, 但如果在連鎖酒家的話, 又有沒有興趣一試呢?木糠布甸: 6分, 是日就試了這裡的木糠布甸, 層次感是做得不俗的. 不過質感方面未算很細滑, 餅碎不夠乾身, 而淡忌廉的味道亦不太對辦.不過就勝在價位便宜, 一客才$10, 是比一般甜品店吃到的超值得多呢.

早晨時段,這酒家有些食物優惠的,名叫早晨孖寶,可惜好味的點心沒在優惠內,想食好一點,也要貴一點。待應相當無禮,而且熟客就算拿了號碼票等位,大家一樣人數,門口待應全沒避忌,有枱照比熟客入還要大大聲聲說。。。當我按捺不住,不停有人打尖,向待應投訴,待應大聲過妳說一大堆廢話答案之餘仲要鬧返妳。 門口待應無禮,連酒家內的待應服務態度更惡劣,問咩都比待人閙,全因你防礙了她們與熟客傾談說笑,這裡待應的工作是陪客傾計,而不中工作。。。究竟咩服務態度?食物沒驚喜,牛肉需沒牛肉味。蝦蛟、小龍包皮厚。奶黃一籠包3個,3個包表面的皮都是爛的,真係另人難以理解。三色腸,有叉燒腸、牛肉腸和蝦腸,皮厚之餘,涵料小,只有叉燒碎粒,紙咁薄的牛肉涵料,只有一隻小蝦的蝦腸。 蒜蓉蒸鮮魷,粉絲比鮮魷好味,而正常的鮮魷只有兩塊,其他是鮮魷碎。 最好吃的是較大粒的燒賣,每隻燒賣上配有一隻小蝦,燒賣內全是肉,並沒有粉的感覺。

清蒸海石斑 $78: 7分, 近日店子的推廣就是筷樂有魚, 一條清蒸海石斑, 只售$78, 還要是相當大條, 我們四個人吃, 也要費相當大的氣力才能吃得完. 蒸得火候剛剛好, 肉質還算嫩滑, 跟飲宴吃到的相比, 實在是有相當水準, 不過魚的味道是偏淡, 還是要多點豉油去帶起那味道. 當然, $78一條, 是必吃的項目.

埋單每位$113, 好像比之前吃的時候稍稍貴了點, 不過計及這裡的環境及食物水準, 還是令人滿意的. 一家人近近地, 吃一餐飽足的, 其實已經是幸福的了
