淘苑火鍋館位於柯士甸站A出口附近, 步行3分鐘便到達, 位置十分方便就腳。火鍋湯底選擇很多, 我們選了清熱的皮蛋芫茜鍋(88元)。除了皮蛋, 芫茜外, 還有粟米, 秀珍菇湯料。新鮮肥鵝腸(68元), 肥膏比例較多, 但勝在新鮮, 在鍋 中十數秒, 鵝腸爽口中帶油脂滑膩, 口感豐富。脆肉鯇腩( 78元), 腩片新鮮, 滾熟後十分彈牙, 脆口得來帶點肥美。因為腩片較厚身, 滾熟需久一點。自家鳳城水餃(56元), 餃子大隻, 餡料份量十足, 我一人吃了4只已經差不多飽了。美國肥牛 88元, 等了久久才上桌的美國肥牛 有8片, 肥瘦比例不錯, 厚度適中, 軟嫰可口, 欲encore 一碟, 但想到要等很久, 罷了。凍豆腐, 結著冰上桌, 放下鍋中, 很快完全吸引湯底,  吃一口豆腐, 連湯水, 滋味非常。吃了這麼多肉類很, 我們點了翠綠的豆苗, 感覺特別平衡。

天氣一凍就會想烚下烚下,朋友話佐敦其實有好多好餐廳,我地一路行一路睇竟然見到呢間有得打邊爐,個價錢又OK,就揀左呢間啦!先揀醬汁配料淘園豬骨鍋初初以為豬骨鍋會淨係得幾舊豬骨誰不知入面本身已經有好多豬骨,粟米,菇,蘿蔔等等既配料所以唔洗特登叫呢啲食物,可以留番啲錢叫肥牛啦豬骨唔係淨係比舊骨你咁冇誠意,而係比大大舊骨連埋勁多肉既豬骨比你啲肉好有膠質,食完成個咀都係骨膠原,淨係食湯底都夠打邊爐不能冇肥牛,所以叫左碟美國肥牛肥薄薄一片,肥瘦相間,放落去個鍋度幾秒就熟,入口腍身西班牙黑毛豬相當有驚喜估唔到佢比用牛更高質,入口即溶而且一啲都唔肥,又係淥幾秒就熟黑豚肉都唔錯又係相當腍嫩,但都係鐘意黑毛豬多啲!!芝士腸好脆皮,入面都有少少芝士,打邊爐不能缺少既食物黎!

另外還點了三文魚腩刺身($98)跟原隻海膽刺身($138)。原本沒有打算在火鍋店點刺身的,但點菜時店員推介它們今天有新鮮運到的加拿大原隻海膽刺身,我這個海膽迷又忍不住要了一隻。

先說三文魚腩刺身,厚身而肉軟,油脂跟魚肉紋理分明,十分新鮮。食落也很甜。

原隻海膽刺身,真的太好食了。雖然賣相不是很好,但海膽粒粒分明,食落很甘香很Creamy,一點都沒有讓人討厭的苦味。感覺海膽在口中溶化,然後有陣陣的餘香留在喉嚨,實在是一大享受。而且一隻海膽份量一點也不細,所以真的很抵食。

每人$300左右,食得很滿足。湯底好味,材料新鮮又大份,真的蠻抵食。最重要跟上班的地點又近,冬日邊爐又多一個好去處了。

對上一次在柯士甸佐敦覓食已經很久了,今次再到此吃雞煲!今次就選擇了淘園雞煲,生田雞,脆魚腩,西生菜,豆苗及炸魚皮,比較菜魚為主。等待雞煲的時候,店主先遞上一大盤火鍋配料讓我們可自選調味料。雞煲上枱了,份量很大,而每隻雞都是啖啖肉少骨,肉質結實而充滿肉汁。雞煲非常惹味,將雞炒得熟而滑,每件雞塊都是熱氣騰騰,同時醬料已經平均滲透到每塊雞件,醬料包括辣椒,冬菇,蔥,蒜粒等。當差不多叮完雞煲時,店員就倒入湯料以便我們開始吃火鍋。先放上生田雞及脆魚腩,兩者非常新鮮又份量多,而且是啖啖肉,吃下去滑而爽口,沒有腥味,魚腩的魚味濃郁,不是雪藏魚。炸魚皮亦是非常香脆又份量多,愛吃脆口野的我當然把它吃清光啦。西生菜及豆苗份量很多,好像吃不完般。而菜是鮮嫩沒有起渣滓,即使煮耐了仍是鮮綠色,這個價錢吃到這麼新鮮的菜都是頗好的。
