黃沙豬潤是豬潤中的極品。這裡的黃沙豬潤都挺大的一片,色澤磚紅帶微黃,燙熟後可見紋理清晰,外層口感爽脆,中間細膩綿密。

一個月一次的舊同學聚會,今次去了打邊爐 。相約在佐敦那是我們都對這地方有情義結,小時大家都住在附近,聚會也來到這邊逛逛! 今天要了個花膠雞煲翅湯底 (HKD268)看餐牌應該是招牌貨! 鍋中大大塊魚翅,花膠沒有很厚但亦算大塊,另外加上雞件。 滾一會,先吃翅及花膠,非常有味,而且很嫩。 那口湯很鮮很好喝,忍不住一開始已喝了2碗。 而其他打邊爐材料點了不少,我最喜歡的是: 牛頸脊 (HKD228)  - 牛很嫩滑,牛味重。 白膳片 (HKD88)  -比較大片,很抵吃。 廣島蠔 (HKD78) - 隻隻都很大顆,熟了之後也沒縮得太少,蠔味很鮮。聖子 (HKD140)  - 非常大隻,味很爽甜。 海蝦(HKD98) - 上來時還是千腳爬爬走,肉質夠彈。 皇帝菜(HKD39)  - 非常綠而且看得出新觧! 今次我們吃的可是海鮮餐,食材都夠鮮,湯底也是濃濃的,基本沒有怎樣點其他醬料也足夠味道!

天氣又開始轉涼了,又係我去食火鍋嘅時候。而家好多時食火鍋都會叫個雞煲湯底食咗半隻雞再加啲10下10下嘅了咁樣樣食就夠全面。今次我哋就出咗去佐敦搵咗間火鍋店食周圍食下唔同嘅雞煲。一嚟到就見到有個淘園特色雞煲半隻,職員仲問我地食唔食得辣,咁我哋話都可以啊咁樣呢職員就幫我地帶咗個細嘅啦。原來都算係幾辣嘅聽講咁我哋就實有細辣開始食起啦。跟住我哋就梗係睇定有啲乜嘢可以再叫啦,食火鍋就一定要啤一啤嘅。咁我哋就帶咗支啤酒飲下,一路飲一路食雞煲辣得來又涼,爽呀。雞煲一上枱見到有啲菇,木耳,芫茜配搭。望落去又唔係覺得真係好似好辣咁,不過呢啲嘢真係要食落去先知。食落個雞都幾嘢未,小小埋少少辣辣未都唔係好七不過就好似越食越辣咁,一路食雞煲一路飲啤酒別有一番風味呢個棉花魚肚平時我出去打邊爐都唔係好多間鋪頭係有得食嘅,不過我鍾意食嗰隻棉花魚肚個賣相望落去應該係厚身少少嘅呢個就比我食開嘅比較簿身。味道就同我食落去嘅冇乜分別不過厚身嘅魚肚識落會比較更加棉花會好味少少。我朋友就叫左啲豬粉腸同花雕豬腦食,豬粉腸我都有都會食少少嘅但係豬腦就真係未食過啦。因為見到豬腦嘅形狀成個老出現咗有少少覺得恐怖嘅感覺豬老係用花雕來調味
