見到身邊都有人嚟香香宮煮打邊爐,今日就輪到我ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧佢湯應選擇好多,泰式中式台式都有,今次我就揀咗酸菜魚湯底,火鍋料我就揀咗幾款肉同埋我打邊爐十級愛嘅水蓮。酸菜魚湯底味道好濃偏酸,個人嚟講好中口味,辣度啱啱好,嚟到第一個火鍋料真係嘩咗一聲,佢呢個艾莎公主牛肉寶盒好誇張,肉料款部位好多,一次過可以食到唔同牛味。另外佢個伊比利亞橡果豬無好濃嘅肉味反而多咗重甜味,配酸菜魚湯底啱啱好唔太搶佢個味。呢度打邊爐一班人或兩個人嚟都幾好,佢成間餐廳設計係宮廷feel 😆有一個個小包廂個個小主們食嘢。

先來一客自家製烤魚鉗魚,麻辣並不是很濃,為香港人調整過口味!魚肉的份量非常多,骨頭卻沒有想像中的密集,非常容易入口!

這個一定要單點!感覺足夠三到四個人吃,裏面的肉類份量非常多,除了有牛柏葉、牛五花、也有美國的安格斯牛柳和牛柳粒!牛肉味超級香濃,配上這個烤魚鍋底就最吸引了!
