全晚最重點一定係煙燻吞拿魚腦天!! 油脂豐富的腦天肉指的是吞拿魚頭頂的肉,只佔鮪魚整體重量的0.5%,係非常珍貴食材,好少餐廳可以有機會食到。大廚仲即場以禾稈草煙燻,將表面微微炙燒後, 真係入口即溶、香氣四溢; 再搭配紫蘇葉入口,真係超味道濃郁。

為食Be大愛和牛 所以選了A4和牛肉眼, 油花分佈均勻, 份量都不少, 大廚仲建議枇再濃味可以沾少許檸檬海鹽。

大蜆慕容菇清湯味道好清, 菇味好突出, 質感好爽;而且, 入面仲有滑溜蜆肉, 誠意之作。

日本高菜白飯, 用上了兩款蛋: 山東蛋和日本高級蘭王蛋 去炒飯, 真係好香, 飽晒都忍不住食晒~

咁我今次去就係位於一樓嘅鐵板.壹,顧名思義就係食鐵板燒🔥環境上都坐得舒服,成個空間最多招待四位客人,私隱度高,另外亦都好貼近鐵板燒爐嘅位置,可以近距離見到鐵板燒師傅整食物嘅過程咁lunch就有lunch menu,我就揀咗個$398套餐,套餐就有以下10道菜式🔸沙律🔸蒸蛋🔹選2:銀鱈魚/北寄背/帆立貝/比目魚🔹美國牛肉薄燒(2卷)或沖繩黑豚🔸漬物🔸麵豉湯🔸炒飯🔸炒雜菜🔸雪糕(當日係榛子雪糕)整個套餐嘅份量係非常之足夠,而且鐵板燒師傅會睇住客人用餐嘅時間,再控制下一道菜上菜嘅時間,基本上你可以慢慢享用都得⏰咁我當日食成個餐用咗大概一個半鐘整體嘢食味道唔錯嘅👍🏻特別推介銀鱈魚,肉質好嫩滑,鐵板燒完多左份魚油香味;另外北寄背都好爽彈,底下嘅湯都可以飲埋嘅;咁炒飯都係好吸引我,原因係炒飯面有一隻太陽蘭王蛋🍳賣相係幾吸睛,除咗太陽蛋之外,你都可以揀煎蛋炒蛋,師傅會問你想要邊款嘅📸咁我為咗影相靚啲就揀咗太陽蛋以$398再加一嚟講,呢個價錢我覺得合理,如果有時想happy Friday,或者放假想食好啲,咁我覺得呢間餐廳都幾唔錯,不過記得預早訂位‼️

整體嘢食味道唔錯嘅👍🏻特別推介銀鱈魚,肉質好嫩滑,鐵板燒完多左份魚油香味;另外北寄背都好爽彈,底下嘅湯都可以飲埋嘅;咁炒飯都係好吸引我,原因係炒飯面有一隻太陽蘭王蛋🍳賣相係幾吸睛,除咗太陽蛋之外,你都可以揀煎蛋炒蛋,師傅會問你想要邊款嘅📸咁我為咗影相靚啲就揀咗太陽蛋
