兩種和牛皆配有岩鹽、鹽昆布作調味。個人好喜歡鹽昆布,可以解油膩,同兩種和牛都好夾❗️

最後有炒飯、湯、甜品。炒飯同其他鐵板燒餐廳唔同,廚師用嘅係日本煎蛋🍳並非炒蛋。廚師👩🏻‍🍳首先會問下我哋食唔食煎蛋再準備,十分貼心🥰。而炒飯加入咗好多魚仔,飯質偏黏身,係我個人鍾意嘅𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲😜

Ingredients were fresh, chef was friendly and professional, food was served at a right pace, interior design of the restaurant is beautiful and it offers a sense of privacy!

< TeppanIchi > is located in an alley opposite the Museum of History. The building in which it hides has the first few floors for business, which features two restaurants serving omakase, this TeppanIchi serving teppanyaki and a co-working space.
Perhaps because these restaurants are new, or that they are well hidden, you would feel a sense of privacy when you visit here!

Lunch sets are reasonably priced. We had a "business lunch" at $568 which featured abalone, tiger prawn, and a choice between U.S. Prime sliced beef rolls and Japanese pork steak; and an "Ichi special lunch" at $298 which featured cod fish and Hokkaido scallop.
Given the fresh food, the chef's fine cooking skills and the friendly conversation with her, as well as the nice environment in which we dined in, the experience was well worth the price.

最近到訪了這家新開業的日式鐵板餐廳《TeppanIchi 鐵板•壱》,享受了美味的午餐,向大家分享一下 ^^
餐廳位於尖沙咀漆咸圍,跟天文臺道一街之隔,是一條相對安靜的街道。可能因為這樣,到訪這裡的客人不算很多,感覺非常隱私。
TeppanIchi所在的大廈也有另外兩間提供廚師發辦的日式餐廳,裝潢風格同樣別緻,下次一定會來試試看~

食到呢度已經好飽,仲有牛呀🤭因為本人麻麻哋牛肉,所以覺得又不是太特別!最後最後,就係傳說中嘅小女子炒飯(即係用日本嘅醃漬魚仔炒)再加上燶邊太陽蛋🌞作結,大滿足🤗🤗
總結十分欣賞TeppanIchi 師傅的各式各樣自家制醬汁和擺盤,而且師傅也很專業,絕對係非一般的鐵板燒!
