吃過瀨尿蝦!沒吃過這麼size還多膏的,真的是千里挑一,廚師講條瀨尿蝦才能挑出一條,係咪真嘅?好鮮甜!好滿足!從日本幾日空運來的刺身級龍蝦,鐵板燒後更加入味!還有巴掌大的鮮鮑魚,雖然有些殘忍,但確實新鮮先最好事,落少少鹽調味即可,入口回味,好tender。肥牛卷➕脆蒜片永遠是最佳搭檔。不是太鐘意食生蠔,於是請大廚做成烤生蠔。全部食材即日空運香港,頭盤的巨峰和厚切拖羅已經讓我滿足了~沒想到能被海鮮吃到撐!真是讓人回味的一餐~
