今日游完水,勁肚餓,諗住同friends(日本迷)去食野,聽個friends講話天后有間日本野唔錯,所以去食,我地叫左海膽壽司,三文魚腩刺身,鹽燒雞翼等等(太餓)D刺身幾新鮮,雞翼鹹味岩岩好,烏冬都好好食可能因為太肚餓,感覺就好似上左天堂甘,可能見到價錢會覺得貴,但系食個陣就會覺得物有所值!

這晚再次重臨舊地, 宅女跟妹妹來到時是平日晚上的七時多, 拉開大門, 只有食客兩三個, 人不多, 環境十分寧靜. 店內地方不算大, 只有一列半梳化卡座及幾張四人枱, 而另一邊則是壽司吧枱, 總計可容納的食客不出40個. 地方細細, 裝潢沒有太過花巧華麗, 只是純白加上鮮橙來作點綴, 一切都是以簡潔親民為主.

日本酒類當中, 宅女自己比較喜歡喝梅酒, 自家裡平日也會買些梅來浸酒. 這晚遇上店方原來也有自家製梅酒, 用上紀州南高梅來浸酒, 一浸就是一整年, 加點冰, 入口梅香十足, 味道非常香濃, 酒味不強, 容易入口, 真的很好喝!!

平日在居酒屋吃到的多是雞泡魚乾, 白飯魚乾也是有乾過但比較少見. 這裡上來一碟八片, 每片都非常薄身, 輕輕沾一點沙律醬來吃, 咬下去十分香脆, 而且帶點魚香, 用來作飯前小吃實在不錯.

小小一碟沙律最大的亮點當然在於放在頂端的幾片吞拿魚身上了. 吞拿魚入口滑身得來肉質鮮甜, 配著底下的微微帶酸的柚子醋汁又幾對味. 底下的沙律菜加了青瓜跟洋蔥粒, 吃起來更清爽, 不過當中混入了少許炸蒜片, 更覺香口. 想不到這個份量不算多的沙律, 食味又幾豐富.

來到刺身部份, 先上的是這個魴鮄魚刺身. 魴鮄魚屬春天時令的魚類, 屬比較清淡的白身魚, 吃的主是是其肉質彈性, 所以用作刺身時適宜以薄切來吃. 薄薄一片, 簡單的只沾一點酸汁, 入口魚味不算濃, 油脂亦不多, 吃起來比較清爽, 口感細膩, 真的很適合春夏來吃呢~

接下來的便是份量十足的刺身併盤. 看看內裡除了有生蠔之外, 還有飛魚刺身, 花魚刺身跟伊佐木刺身四款. 店員教路飛魚刺身味道較重, 適宜最後才吃. 宅女便先試試那個生蠔吧! 生蠔來自日本廣島, 體型比手心要大, 蠔肉都幾肥厚, 吃起來比較爽身, 蠔味適中, 海水味不重, 有點像宅女在築地吃過的; 而花魚刺身來自北海道, 跟伊佐木也是在春夏季比較時令的魚類, 同是白身魚, 吃起來魚油脂不多, 十分清爽, 而白裡透紅的花魚, 魚味更濃一點.

最後的飛魚刺身, 加入薑蔥來調味, 入口味道的確較濃, 不過感覺薑蔥的份量有點過多, 完全搶去了魚肉本身的鮮味, 妹妹更說味道很像在吃白切雞的薑蓉. 建議可以減少薑蔥的份量, 只下一點來調味巳經很足夠了.

再上來的以為又是普通的墨魚刺身, 不過看真一點, 原來是以墨魚切成相當幼細而做成的麵條呢~把麵條浸在醬汁中馬上入口, 墨魚肉質十分爽滑, 味道不太濃膩, 切得如此幼細吃起來口感更細緻. 真的很適合夏天吃啊~如果真的要挑剔這道菜, 就只能說份量有點少, 宅女希望可以來一大碗這樣的素麵大口吃呢~ (又想太多了)

壽司部份不太多, 只有兩件分別是醬油吞拿魚跟炙燒大拖羅壽司. 前者以醬油醃過吞拿魚, 入口醬油味香但不過咸, 吞拿魚厚肉得來質地十分滑身, 味道鮮甜, 底下的飯偏小, 不會一夾即散, 醋酸度亦捏得準; 而後者用上大拖羅輕輕把表面炙一炙, 吃起來肉質十分軟棉更帶點烤香, 加上拖羅的魚油脂豐腴, 味道實在不俗. 不過宅女最喜愛的, 還是伴碟的那兩片醃蘿蔔, 頂端加了點柚子作點綴, 入口爽脆清新, 吃完壽司後來一片醃蘿蔔, 馬上就能清一清口腔的油膩感.

再來是用上A5和牛薄切來燒, 可能有人會說, 吃牛不是厚切才是皇道嗎? 不過這晚吃的是A5和牛, 油脂一向比較高, 所以如果厚切的話就很容易會膩的. 上來的是較薄身, 看看表面燒出來油潤亮澤, 中間還是帶著一層粉嫩紅色, 呈半生熟的狀態, 入口肉質十分柔軟, 口腔內盡是和牛的那份脂香, 但又不會覺得滿口油膩, 小小的三片吃完剛剛好.

整頓晚餐吃盡了刺身壽司又有和牛, 但沒吃到海膽總是覺得欠了什麼似的. 接下來奉上的竟然就是以海膽做主角的天婦羅了!! 海膽用上來自北海道的馬糞海膽, 以紫菜卷著滿滿的海膽就拿去炸, 出來的賣相相當澎湃, 天婦羅的炸漿做得很薄又夠脆, 咬下去中間塞得滿滿的海膽全溢出來, 味道非常香濃, 老實說吃完一份真的絕對不夠喉呢!!

宅女還是想吃點熱騰騰的作結尾, 所以選了湯烏冬. 上來一碗比想像中大, 湯底呈乳白色的, 原來是用上鮟鱇魚來熬湯底, 喝起來味道不算好濃, 但頗清甜. 配料就是簡單的什菜和菇, 底下的是稻庭烏冬, 記得宅女數年前第一次來時也吃過他們的烏冬, 印象不錯, 想不到這次再吃, 水準依舊, 烏冬硬度適中, 吃起來帶點煙韌, 再喝口湯, 非常滿足.

妹妹選了迷你刺身丼. 想不到用作結尾的這個丼一點也不馬虎, 用料更豪華, 用上帶子跟深海池魚來做刺身, 頂端還加點海膽, 比剛才的烏冬更吸引啊!! 帶子十分大顆又夠肥美, 吃起來十分鮮甜, 池魚爽口得來帶點適量的魚油脂, 跟底下用上秋田米煮成的白飯十分對味. 雖然宅女巳吃了整碗烏冬, 但還是忍不住口吃了妹妹好幾口刺身跟飯呢~

簡單的就來球紅豆雪糕吧. 味道沒什麼驚喜, 但甜度不高, 輕輕的一點甜, 為整頓晚飯畫上個完美的句號.

這樣的時令二人套餐每位大約HK$900左右, 價錢聽起來不算便宜, 但這晚所吃過的食材及水準, 的確十分不俗. 這樣的晚餐當然不是打工仔常常可以來吃的價位, 但如果遇著有什麼特別日子, 節日或慶生, 耐不耐豪一次也不過份吧.

但其實如果不吃這樣的套餐, 宅女就曾約過朋友來吃便飯, 單點刺身壽司燒物或料理等等, 也只是由數十元起跳, 普通一餐每人平均二百至三百左右吧, 視乎閣下所點的菜式.

如果不想在銅鑼灣那麼多人, 又想吃餐好一點的日本料理, 不妨走多幾步, 來天后這家試試吧.

We expect to have a great taste-dinner after viewing Openice.
But I really think the result not uptodate. First, The waitress kept asking us to order expenience sashimi. It is really annoying.
Finally we order 3 dishes package with $288, and 6xShrimp & 2xScallope Sashimi difficultywith limited items in lot of menu. The Sashimi is great, but really really worth $345???
Also the 3 dishes I pick from the package are Uni fried rice, Deep Fired Pork chop with Egg and 3 piece baked oysters.  The Oyster is yummy, but the Pork chop is salty and hard to beat. No special! And we waited more than half hour on rice....! But even worst the waitress lied to me that they wait for our finish in other dishes in one by one.! I am always laught to the ground after hear....... We are eating Japanese, not Italian fine dining....
Last, their bill will Round up your amount to dollars from decimal.... IT IS BAD!
So I belief you have a lot of better choice than this one for Japanese food.

說真的, 天后日本料理店不少, 但水準參差, 真的要選水準不錯的, 宅女暫時只想到寺田屋這家.曾在晚上跟友人來吃飯感覺食物大致不錯, 這天中午再來試試他們的午市套餐點了個松葉蟹海膽飯+烏冬定食, 收費HK$145先來的是蕃茄湯烏冬, 份量不大, 蕃茄味不算很濃, 烏冬不太煙韌但也可接受.沙律小小的一碗有幾顆火龍果配些生菜片, 加了點柚子汁吃起來頗清新, 菜片也不覺苦主食上來, 海膽意想不到的十分多, 兩排整整齊齊的十分漂亮, 入口海膽味不算十分濃但也帶點甜味, 口感帶甘, 以這價格這份量來說巳收貨了. 唯松葉蟹腳吃起來十分乾身, 鮮甜度亦不夠, 相對來說質素麻麻.底下的飯份量都算多, 一個人吃剛剛夠飽還有個蒸蛋, 入口質感十分滑身, 蛋味不算濃, 但味道屬合格謝謝飲食教父請客, 還要特地來到北角令宅女也不好意思呢感覺這裡的晚市食物水準比午市好得多. 當然地, 一分錢一分貨,以這價格也算是合理的.
