最近網上看到有些網上評論港島區開了這家泰國流水蝦燒烤店,吃貨們又出動了。雖然是平日的晚上,沒想到也是座無虛席,等了一會才到我們呢。餐廳座位寛闊,每枱旁邊都有一條流水蝦的水道供食客自己活捉鮮蝦來燒。夾起活蝦後,先把蝦慢慢浸進冰水裡一會兒,讓它們不掙扎,才放在烤爐上燒。蝦都很大隻,新鮮活躍,蝦肉爽彈,較肥美的蝦還有蝦膏呢。出面還有大水池,活蝦都放在那邊飼養。另外一邊有各款生熟食、炸物、飲品及甜品,還有醬汁區。鮮肉蔬菜瓜類丸子都有;海鮮有蠔、帶子、青口、蜆等等。熟食有雜菜、海南雞、炒飯、烤香腸、炸物等,還有自家製的泰國船河粉,小小份量的船河麵條,真是很懷念泰國之旅。甜品區不容錯過,有自家製作的啫哩杯及椰汁糕。這些雪糕球更高質,多口味又獨特,如沖繩海鹽、豆腐、蜜桃、菠蘿、黑芝麻等,儘管很飽,但還是忍不住試了幾款味道。整體食物新鮮,海鮮盛宴任食,席間還送上和牛兩串呢,價位以任食來說不高。

肉食櫃有 雞軟骨,牛肉串,雞翼,牛肉卷,腸仔,漢堡牛肉,魷魚… 等,應有盡有!
熟食有: 炒雜菜,炒飯,燒賣,金沙大頭蝦;
泰式醬料齊全,特別係青色的那款青辣椒汁,點海鮮好滋味。

個爐雖然唔係好大,但係好夠熱,排滿曬海鮮,唔使一陣就燒熟哂,啲蝦千其唔好過熟;我哋食咗兩個鐘头,都唔記得燒咗幾多輪,但係已經食唔落!

甜品不得不提Coco Berry frozen desert 雪糕球,口味有: 牛奶 咖啡 士多啤梨 朱古力 椰子 港式奶茶 紅豆 綠茶 豆腐,口味之多真係數唔曬,我都好努力食左三個 ,真係好好味!

水果有菠蘿和西瓜,菠蘿甜到不得了。

泰式流水蝦,有新意,價錢合理,食材新鮮,值得大力推介。

連放幾日大假,今年因疫情無得出外旅遊,唯有留港消費,振興一下香港經濟,今日就同麥生出開銅鑼灣,見到有一間叫泰夯蝦係大頭蝦放題,咁就一於去試下啦。呢間店環境好有泰國風情,搞到我都以為自己去左泰國咁。好彩我之前一早已訂位及約5:15到左餐廳,一到6點多啲時已見到好多人入座,場內之座位已坐滿9成人。最鍾意設計到每枱旁邊都有個魚缸方便客人夾蝦,同埋缸內有大量大頭蝦👍🏻,重要隻隻都幾大隻同好生猛每枱都會送和牛一碟,牛肉味千重及油花分布好平均海鮮類除左大頭蝦外,重有生蠔🦪、扇貝、蜆、螺等種類都幾多肉類都幾多選擇,雞翼都有好幾種味道,又有串燒如雞腎、雞肉、雞軟骨,又有腸仔,各種丸類飲品區都有成十幾款比客人選擇雪糕🍦都幾多唔同味道,果雪糕🍦拆開包裝,原來係雪糕球,幾特別甜品🍮區
