THe soup of the noodles is clear, not too salty and just add taste to the vermicelli.and the ingredients is so generous. The veggie is nicely cooked, wnt becomes yellow and the pork is nice. The shrimp is in high quality as you can find them in a good chewy manner. The sauce makes the natural sweetness of the shrimp stands out and it is slightly spicy. But you have to get rid of the shrimp shell! Before talking about its quality, i have to praise about the mini size sushi. As most Japanese buffet restaurant woud present the sushi with quite a large size of the ice dumplings,so they can get the cusomer full. But you can observe, the rice here is simply around one joint of the thumb. So you wont become very full after it and you can still enjoy other food!
the wagyu beef sushi is not really strong in wagyu beef taste, but who can blame for that when you are just having buffet.
the uni sushi is quite nice when you can still taste the sea saltiness of the uni which means it is still quite fresh. The grilled salmon is nice as well as the fat is halfy melt and make the taste of salmon more outstanding. as the size of rice is tiny, the portion of meat on top would enlarge, and you can taste he flavour of it more clearly. have a top view of it XX drinkssssssss you can have the mega size shrimp as well!!! its around the size of your hand. THe beef is superb, the tenderness and the taste of it and the sauce is perfectly matched. the garlic scallop. the scallop is quite sweet in taste regardless of the saltiness from the garlic. The butter also add in more complex falvour to it the octopus from the appetizer bar is so huge in size!
