之前來過泰玖吃泰國菜,一直念念不忘它的傳統風味泰菜。今天和住在荃灣的朋友再來吃一次。今晚客人頗多,因為餐廳樓底極高,所以空間感充足,讓人不覺有侷促之感。我們點了:大頭蝦炒金邊粉份量很多!大頭蝦很鮮嫩彈牙,外層裹着的炸粉令蝦炸得很鬆脆,連蝦殼也可以吃!搭配金邊粉,口感滑順。還有香氣四溢的青蔥、花生碎、芽菜、芝麻和芫荽等,為整道菜增添層次感。炒粉的火候掌握恰到好處,每一絲金邊粉都均勻裹上了濃郁的醬汁,甜甜酸酸的,熱騰騰的,非常好吃。泰式蟹肉炒飯份量十足!好大的鍋飯!飯炒得很乾身,蟹肉新鮮且甜美,上面配上一隻煎得很脆邊的蛋,還有一粒粒蟹籽。飯裏有很多蟹肉,還有一絲絲蟹柳,口感爽甜。泰式調味讓這炒飯散發出獨特的香氣,搭配米飯的粒粒分明,每一口都是美味的享受。龍眼冰和青檸梳打消暑清爽,冰涼的龍眼配上香甜的糖漿,口感滑順且不膩,讓人一口接一口。青檸梳打則清新爽口,非常適合與泰菜搭配。檸檬的酸味很適度,梳打水的氣泡感令人覺得很清新開胃。泰式蠔仔煎蛋蠔仔很大隻新鮮,蛋煎得很香口爽滑,配搭着秘製的泰式辣椒醬,提升了泰式風味,也增添了濃厚的口感層次。而且份量十足,一大碟熱騰騰的,令人吃後大滿足。這間泰菜CP值極高,食物抵食夾大件,食物的定價貼地,原來亦有做午市套餐,下次可以中午來吃!絕對值得回訪! continue reading
